MMTLP is an egregious example with unfounded U3 halt 2 days before their spin out to a private company when shorts are required to close and investors who still have not received their shares.
What happened and is still happening with this is absolutely ridiculous. I received my "placeholder" from the torchlight merger and I have sat and watched it change names 3 times in a year and a half. No communication from the company (NBH) or my broker. Somebody needs to go to jail for real

Thank you Wes from the MMTLP family the U3 halt and subsequent lack of action and communication from FINRA and SEC knowing that MMTLP was of the FTD list for months and months with out censuring Brokers to close short and counterfeit shares is aiding and abetting criminal acts. Then halt trading to protect Brokers from the infinite risk they knew was a they were exposing themselves to by shorting stocks is now liable act as you defraud investors.

Exactly correct...my thoughts also..how can freezing accounts for this extensive period of time be Legal when a person uses their account(s) to pay bills etc.
What about psny? Major growth this past yr. Reported a profit last qtr. They set up shop in 27 countries. Also sold over 50k vehicles but sitting lower than other companies thats barely scraping by. Makes me wonder whats going on with it.

Yes I believe 2023 is the turnaround year. As Genius Group is an education company, a documentary studio and a global investor community we're going to put effort into spreading the word on this until it stops.
We need an overhaul of FINRA, the SEC, the brokers and Hedge Funds. Stop the theft. Give back the money to retail.
Broker to broker clearing is how the $TRCH shorts escaped into $MMAT and $MMTLP during the reverse merger.

Two weeks later the buy button was removed, I was in shock over what was happening and refused to let them try to sweep this crime in broad daylight under the rug.

Great interview! I’ve know Wes Christian since 2004, when I started writing about naked short selling on a website (now defunct) called the Faulking Truth. He’s always been accurate in his analysis, backed up by research and the advice of experts in the field of economics. I was the writer and field director of The Wall Street Conspiracy, released in 2012. The good news is there is a lot more awareness now than there was in 2004 when I entered the fray, but the bad news is 20 years later regulators still haven’t dealt with the root issues. Thanks for helping to expose this, can’t wait to get on the road and do interviews for the WSC sequel.

@@RogerJamesHamilton1 Ya it's kinda unfortunate that everyone known with lots of experience fighting this are quite old and they must be tired of constantly having to keep up with everything on this. It's hard for me in my 50s. In my 30s I'd be all over this pushing it through every media outlet and leading charges, but in my 50s.. it's just too much. Well I have MS too so that makes it harder than usual. But we need some younger fighters taking up the torch on this. They probably are out there but without the popularity. I'm so happy you're getting up on this so fast too Roger! Love your company too! Teaching young people; especially aspects of things like Finance / Entrepreneurial, is just incredible! It should have been taught in HS. Power of Compound Interest, building good credit leading to using Debt as a tool for Leverage in Wealth Building, Investment, and other kinds of Passive Income. Learning as young as possible in a way that's interesting at their age. I try to share my knowledge with any young people that show at interest.

Thanks Wes. Confirms what I have felt about the corrupt nature of short selling particularly in the US. I am an investor in ASTS and everything the business is doing is positive and the management executing but these short sellers are crashing the share price.

Bought my first 500 shares of GNS right after watching your video. When MMTLP gets sorted out I will be buying more. Can companies just go private to avoid all this? That was one of my motivations for investing in MMTLP. I believed that I would get one share of Next Bridge Hydrocarbons (NBH) for every share of MMTLP that I owned at market close on 12/08/2022. I thought it would be a dream to own shares in a company that couldn’t be naked shorted. The NBH shares were supposed to be distributed two weeks after the record date of 12/14/2022 according to the S1 and corporate guidance approved by the SEC and sent to broker-dealers by FINRA. We’re now a further two weeks past the date FINRA claimed the NBH shares would be distributed and no one appears to have any legitimate NBH shares. There has been no clear explanation for this massive failure by brokers, FINRA or the SEC. There doesn’t appear to be any urgency to resolve it either.
Spinoffs with special dividends into a private company or blockchain based assets are definitely ways to expose the naked shorts as brokers need to report to DTCC their share positions - When there's fake shares out there, they brokers either need to cover by buying back, or they get exposed.
