      Thanks Bob! When it comes detoxing, easy to digest foods work best for me: melons, papayas, mangoes etc. and of course juices with any ingredients ☺️

    If I ever visit Australia I have to try your 14 day juice cleanse. I wanna see how muscle I can retain since its only for 14 days.

    I was raw for 5 days but I slipped back and messed up😓Im def going back to raw...but how can I prevent falling back to bad old habbits and stay raw???

    You don’t have to peel the ginger and cucumber? I made one yesterday without the romaine, zucchini and herbs but with lemon, it was not that dark 😂

      Nope I never peel them - especially if they are organic :) haha yeah you need to leafy greens to make it a dark colour x

    How did our ancestors survive throughout history hunting and gathering without "alkalizing" their bodies???

      Because this is pseudoscience crap. You don’t alkalize or acidify your body from your food. Your body pH is tightly regulated between 7-35-7.45. Which btw is neutral however, just ever so slightly on the alkaline side. If your pH varies even a little bit from 7.35-7.45 you will die. All this alkalize your body crap is bullshit.

      @@TheRealUnkn0wn_289 you clearly don’t understand what acid reflux is. Your stomach always contains hydrochloric acid, a very strong acid which you probably know as stomach acid. You get acid reflux when the muscles that connect your esophagus to your stomach loosen and allow the acid to then travel up your esophagus causing heartburn, chocking etc. all symptoms of acid reflux. It has nothing to do with your body becoming “acidic.” These are literal facts and if you want to know more you can easily research it.

      @@TheRealUnkn0wn_289 what are you talking about? Acid reflux is when you have acid shooting up your esophagus, that is literally what it is. Of course your stomach is affected because that’s where it fuckin originates. Your body does not get fucking acidic, that’s called acidosis when your ph drops from 7.4 to 7.35 and it’s immediately life threatening. I don’t know what kind of dumbass point you’re trying to prove.
