Ok…I’m still catching my breath lol. I’ve been thinking about starting Pilates for a while and got my ass up today to do it. I made it to minute 24 and had to stop lol. I haven’t worked out in about a year. I started the year at 240lbs and now down to 190lbs with just cutting out carbs. I’m going to keep going and hopefully I’ll be able to get thru a full video non-stop. Thank you for this.

Same, been doing her vids almost daily since January and the beginner ones can still do me in. On the good days I can advance the shorter videos with ankle weights, hand weights, or resistance bands. But not today!
I had to stop working out last year because of health issues...cardio is still not good for me, so I had to stop in between, but doing sports again just feels so good! Thank you for your motivation, you're an angel. (:

I LOVEEEEEED THIS WORKOUT OMG! I started Mat Pilates at home 2 months ago. Never tried Pilates in my 27 years of life until now. I am definitely seeing growth in the things that I am able to do and my body. I was able to do this entire workout with only two 2second stops including the advanced ones. Except for one advance with the leg left on the side lmao. But I am legit so happy. I enjoyed the shit out of this workout! Thanks boo❤️
This was my first ever pilates work out! I quit at 25 minutes 🙈 the movement was to challenging for me.. and well I have the attention span of a goldfish But!! Thank you for this! I plan to add pilates into a daily routine :)
Definitely worked up a good sweat! I think I’ll have to put the video in .75x to actually get full motions. I know it’s a beginner workout but still felt too quick for me to stay controlled in the movements.
How do you not get rug burns from having arms and knees on the mat rubbing all the time? My biggest issue at the moment is the uncomfortable feeling of my body rubbing on the mat

Some of her other beginner videos are easier if you want to build yourself up to this one. It was definitely a challenge for me
