- Hi guys!
Starting back with a little deadlift video! In this vid I work up to a heavy 3x6. Coventional is definitely not my strong suit, but they felt pretty decent. Need to get back into sumos again! Added some music to this one since the gym had music playing, so it's a little different than my other lifting vids, but hope ya like it!
