Guys, I squated 80kg today!!! I weigh 56kg. My 4th heavey leg day in a row. Ik ppl say that's not optimal, but it works for me :) our gym just replaced our smith machine with an atual barbel so heaver squats now incoming ➡️➡️➡️

Impressive strength! My max front squat was only 122.5kgs @83kg bw. My back squat was 150kg (parallel). I was in my late 20s early 30s. These ladies are warming up with my 1RM. 😮. Respect 💪🏽🙌🏽

In my late 20s I was squatting 160kg 3x6 at a bodyweight of 75kg. My 1RM at my very first meet was 212kg. However I was a powerlifter, so it wasn't considered highly impressive.
@@baronmeduse I wasn’t a powerlifter I was a soldier. My specialty was pack walking. I was only ever in camp for a max of 5 weeks. My numbers are shit compared to a power lifter & I in no way was trying to make any comparison. I was trying to give these ladies props for warming up with my max lifts at nearly half my bw.
