    Incredible lifting. I'm a male weighing about 82Kg and used to be able to lift 82Kg when I was about 65Kg but to lift 109Kg would take significant training and effort. It boggles my mind that a sub 49Kg female can lift that weight and I take my hat off to her. Stay healthy and realise your potential young lady. Incredible! 🙇‍♂

    I'm not into weightlifting, but this woman is incredible. Her technique and power are insane. I would argue sports like these are some of the most difficult, because at the end of the day your only competition is yourself. To think she's only 21 years old, sky's the limit

    • @wowandrss
      @wowandrss 7 месяцев назад

      I've noticed that too. Perhaps individual limb differences. I personally tend to have my right foot slightly ahead of the left for squats and deadlifts to feel "equal". It probably isn't the best to have any differences though. I'd guess one of her lats might be tighter than the other or maybe it's the scapula, we'd need a camera behind her body.

      Half body weight should be fairly « easy » for a guy. I’m not training that much for lifting, I’m a skinny 72kg guy and can clean & jerk a pair of 20kg kettlebells for reps. I never tried to C&J a barbel though.

    It shows that women are being more excepted and "pretty " girls are joining In rather then being told to not bother being blessed with good looks and not needing to bother.
    Pretty lady that breaks the old stereotype of female power lifters.
    Being attractive isn't the end all and be all but there IS something cool about seeing a pretty women with a killer body that doesn't look masculine, just super fit female form beingb a power lifter . Cool stuff .

    • @RamonaReinvall

      Nope, internal rotation of femur is a normal part of a movement pattern coming up from a squat. It will be present especially in maximum lifts, bc you can produce more power when using it than when not using it, since it naturally belongs there.

    I wonder how their training goes . Do they practice just holding heavy weights at different heights in order to reduce the shock of a complete lift . shock

      @@K4R3N Lifters also wear sports tape on their hands? Doesn't it interfere with grip, which is why they don't use gym gloves?

    • @K4R3N

      I guess in this situation it aids with grip. Maybe a textured tape

    Amazingly impressive lifts! I'm a man more than twice her size and I'm not sure I could C&J that weight, certainly not with nearly that good of a technique.

    Wow. She is 50kg and I’m 80kg. I lift regularly and trying to C&J 109kgs would scare the fuck out of me.

      All technique! There is a big difference between a strict shoulder press and a split jerk. With proper classes you should be able to C&J 20-30 kg over your bodyweight.
