- Danielle Brandon and Dani Speegle closed out Day 2 at the West Coast Classic with a back-and-forth battle in Regionals Finale 2017. The race for first came down to the final D-ball cleans and fractions of a second.

@@commiesnzombiesyep, I had 2 herniated discs and sciatica from CrossFit. I tell anyone who’s interested in CrossFit “DONT”. They tell you it’s safe, but when you’re lifting that heavy for time, you will sacrifice form for time at some point, and it will catch up to you. I regret doing crosspoint every day. Did it for 3 years and don’t miss it.
Well, Bodybuilding doesn't have much to do with CrossFit tbh, so not surprising.

Neutral spine, pull ball into chest, tight core, no back pain if done slow and deliberate this though idk
@@LuisCastillo-xb7oy no exercise is bad if you do it in a controlled fashion the right way and then take enough rest days for joints and muscles to recover any wear. It takes like 1-2 months to start losing muscle tone. Rest is important. Not this out of breath 20% into the competition and then flopping like fish with anyhow form just screaming injury.
These games are amazing. Should be here in India as well.

You are absolutely right. She never got it up onto her shoulder before she started walking. She was half a stride going forward when she actually finished the lift.. Speegle should have been no repped on that final rep.

@@Crumpman Was definitely crap compared with the reps Brandon was doing. Sure, maybe crap reps are passable, but that's no fun. Brandon was doing nice clean reps the entire way, including her last one. Speegle barely got the last one on her shoulder before she was throwing it back at the ground, that's how she managed to slip in at the end.
