Hello, I am from Noeth Carolina ( I love it & miss it) I moved to CA for work. Moved to Downtown LA (headache) .. then I got settled on the suburbs of Long Beach, CA (Belmont shores & I love it) but I recently got word that the company I work for might need a Lancaster resident in the coming future .. I’m not sure because this is just here say but something is coming and I was informed that a new location will be coming. I work in TECH so it’s a lot of remote work and my company does pay for relocation and have a lot of perks that I won’t get into.. so long story short if my name is on the pot for the Lancaster move should I be happy or throw a fit of rage lol because I do have it pretty sweet here in Long Beach especially Belmont shore area

is great there. Lancaster is hot, and there's not a lot to do. But, if you do get transferred, on the plus side, homes are much more affordable in the Antelope Valley. Let me know if I can help. 🌴🏡🌴

There is not a lot to do but if you enjoy peace and quiet you will like it. Lancaster does get hot but it's not humid so as long as you are in the shade you won't sweat, unlike Florida.

I live in Palmdale and frequent the 24 hour fitness in the background of where he is standing and other Lancaster shops, etc., and he is giving a REAL assessment of Lancaster, especially the idiots who refuse to use the trash cans and throw trash & other debris on the ground. I met some 20 & 30 year olds while in Kuwait from Lancaster & Acton (10 miles or so from Lancaster/Palmdale) and they hated Lancaster and the Antelope Valley due to no night life for their age group. They travel out of the Antelope Valley to party, same as Rosamond youth & young adults travel an hour or so to party in Hollywood, Santa Monica, Manhattan Beach, etc.

Virtually no variety for family entertainment except for the movies and Chuck E Cheese . We do have festivals that come around once a year and a fair. Some parts of East side is bad but not all of it. Dining out here is mediocre. Hate to say this but going to LA would be the better option. The roads are desperately in need of repair. Windy and dusty a lot of the time and we have a homeless problem not to far from where he filmed this . Lancaster used to be a good place 😢
