This device WILL WORK if you're using a capture card. You'll just need a 3rd HDMI cable to connect from the the HDMI out of the capture card to the HDMI in of the docking station. Hope this helps! 😀
Yes, it's a 4K HDMI 2.1 monitor. With a capture card though you can't play in 4K120 because there are practically no capture cards released (at this moment) that support HDMI 2.1. There should be more options available come end of year @@carn-evil_1315
Very cool product. I’m doing the same manually right now with two monitors, but I have to say - the convenience, option for a third screen and all those additional ports have got me thinking 🤔
Outstanding!!!! right now I have to do it manually via the button on my monitor to switch from my laptop to my xbox. Love how it is just a press of a button vs having to scroll through the menu of my gaming monitor. Thanks for sharing.
Only $300 to switch sources with single click instead of three. It doesn't support fully featured KVM switching, while Gigabyte's M-series monitors support KVM with single click including sharing keyboard, mouse or whatever user may want to share. There're slightly more expensive solution from TESmart supporting KVM, high refresh rates and up to 4 switchable sources.
Throughout all my searching and looking at different anchor pluggable and wavelength Docs this seems like the one that actually answers all of my questions for a laptop that is not a MacBook docking stations seem to base their specs off of which is not reality I'm trying to get something that is somewhat future proof and I love that this has three outputs and a perfect number of USB ports for my gaming laptop and can pull enough power to keep it charged
Awesome 👏🏾 good video bro, nice review and that docking station is awesome, tons of great features. Keep up the good quality work bro. Nice job awesome video God Bless
I wonder if it’s something they can add the ability for through firmware upgrade, I have my doubts tho. That would truly make this device one of a kind
What other features/possibilities are unlocked with this dock? If your monitor allows, you could have connected one HDMI cable to a regular dock and a second HDMI to your ps5. All you would do is change the input in the monitor… but I might be missing other benefits
Hey guys, just tested this thoroughly. This is NOT a super capture, it’s just a docking station with a display switch, it only outputs. You need a separate capture card which CAN be connected with this if you want to record gameplay from your console, just need a 3rd HDMI cable paired with the capture card to send it to the docking station. Hope this helps!
The "Ivanky Dock Fusion Max 1" is by far superior, with 2.5gb ethernet & 20ports with 1 included cable & it has thunderbolt 4 chips well (especially for mac) check it out, also if it's in your budget pairing them together is the true perfect setup. Decent video though.
Yes, I can confirm it works with a capture card! You'll only need an extra HDMI cable to connect it with the docking station (HDMI in). This docking station is NOT a super capture card.
thx for doing the research. The amazing solution for me would be to find a device with which you can switch output and also would not degrade the image when you plug the capture card (haha asking too much) @@MidnightMan
How can I stream on obs on resolution 1440x1080 on 1080p quality?? I see many people stream on this resolution and thier streams still have 1080p quality.. can you tell me how can I do this??
wow nice review and pretty handy device. Would have saved me a bunch of cable and other piece of hardware to achieve the same result with 1 device only. Does it work as a capture card also ? I guess that's what the 20 gig USB C cable is for , but that would make that device not that expensive if you do not need to buy a HD60 X anymore
Hey, yes it works with a capture card like the Elgato, just need a 3rd HDMI cable to connect it with docking station! Edit: it is NOT a super capture card docking station
It’s on the list for Elgato’s next capture card release, because you can’t play in 4K120 using the HD60X with the docking station or not. You’ll be capped at either 2k120 or 4K60 depending on the game.

Make a video setting up your gaming streaming set up with your elgato hdx 60 with a docking station. That’s what I need !
Ohhh yes a late upload keep it up!❤❤ und super video
We keep the grind going!
Not too shabby
Very good review. If I had money and a working pc I would definitely get this.
It would be good for streaming!
Yes! It would be great to use.
You would just need a separate capture card as this is a docking station that outputs to displays, and not a video recording device
Very helpful as always. Thanks bro 😊
Thank you Elfin!
Does this work with elgato capture card?
This is a capture card just a big one
Yes! I can confirm that it works, just need an extra HDMI cable to go from capture card to docking station
Upsetting that this doesn’t also do game capture since it already passes the signal through the dock.
I wonder if it’s something they can add the ability for through firmware upgrade, I have my doubts tho. That would truly make this device one of a kind
so what happened to plugging in both devices and changing the source input?
What other features/possibilities are unlocked with this dock?
If your monitor allows, you could have connected one HDMI cable to a regular dock and a second HDMI to your ps5. All you would do is change the input in the monitor… but I might be missing other benefits
This device can charge your Macbook and transmit video + data with single cable
Can it be used with a PS5 and MacBook Pro M2 Max on an LG C2 OLED tv?
Probably a dumb question can this be used as a capture card sorry I don't know a lot about tech stuff lol
Oh... See, I didn't even know that - Thank you for the question & answer!
@@dylanricher4333 awesome thank you for your reply I'll have to look into getting one
Yes it’s a big capture card witch is more easier to switch between game console and pc second screen
So can be used for videos and streams!

Can I game on my laptop at the highest frames possible my laptop outputs?
Do keyboard and mouse still work when switching between inputs? Eg using keyboard and mouse for my MacBook Pro and also for my PS5?
No that doesn’t work
Do you need a capture card
nice vid. But with that device how to you capture your gameplay then?
I will do some additional tests and update you

With an HDMI 2.1 capture card the image won’t degrade, so pretty soon you’ll be able to accomplish just that
what if you have a xbox and p5 and you want to switch between both? im guessing you would have to run a hdmi switch between them.
Get a HDMI switch. They are like 15bucks.
How can I stream on obs on resolution 1440x1080 on 1080p quality?? I see many people stream on this resolution and thier streams still have 1080p quality.. can you tell me how can I do this??
Try setting a custom resolution in your video canvas settings
Does it work well in a streaming setup
It can, just put the capture in between console and docking station HDMI in port
Hey I’m looking into doing reaction videos any recommendations on a good laptop to use?
This is a great machine here amzn.to/46sgWon
Just use your monitor input switch..assuming your monitor has more than one input.
Can you make a video on how to stream with a regular webcam on ps4 without a pc
You can’t, you have to use PS camera

You’re first I see❤
So all this does is switch views from game to PC?
That’s the main feature along with all the extra fast ports it offers to your computer
so you're saying 300 dollars for a green button, fire
+using 4K120 or 8K60, 5 added USB ports to your computer. It’s mostly worth it for someone who is using HDMI 2.1 already
