This tastes amazing.. accidentally stumbled upon this channel and can't be thankful enough..! I made a whole batch,as an alternative for snacking. Add dahi, tamarind chutney, mint chutney, sev and some onion and turns out a nice evening chat.
I made this today and it came out really well, I didn't have Kabuli channa so I replaced it with Kaala channa, thank you so much for sharing this wonderful recipe. I can't wait to try other recipes. :)

Hello Mam, I am learning a lot from u. I tried this recipe of yours. After boiling the chana It became dry and the tiki were breaking. I couldn’t bind it well together. Also while frying the tiki was very soft from inside n broke while eating. Don’t know what went wrong. Please tell me if the chana or any dal recipe for tiki goes dry what should we do. Please help as the taste was good but it broke is a problem
