I'm literally sitting on a Charger3 as I type this comment, and it's so comfortable. It's a smooth ride (Bosch Speed drive unit) and has plenty of racks for all your cargo. I'm on my way to the coffee shop with my laptop, a two books, and a large water bottle. But I can carry a tent and a small cooler so I can hit the beach afterwards. This bike is simply an all-around comfortable commuter!

Brake lights on an eBike makes too much sense. I love the auto downshift at 0 mph with the Rohloff. Surprised I just watch a review from Austen without you sending it haha

It is strange not to see Austin on a single track. The ergonomic stem really makes the charger a very comfortable ride. I do love that those rear brake lights light up when braking, but where are the turn signals, lol.

    Over 10,000$?
Woah... The GT3 with Rohloff on the 625 battery costs under 7,000€ here (7800 if you want the top dog with 1125 battery). Even the Supercharger on dual batteries and E14 Rohloff comes in at just over 9,000. Crazy price differences.

Logistics of getting the bikes to the US (especially these days) is definitely what drives up the price. Lucky for you R&M is pretty "local" to you so that's definitely a price advantage for you.

10k ...is this a joke...you can buy a car for that...I mean...a decent car. Way overpriced and cashing in on new tech...should cost 2k. No more...there no doubt racked out in some Chinese sweatshop.

ERRONEOUS! If you get a cheap hub motor eBike, you'll pay $2k. These are car replacements. Plus you don't pay gas, insurance or registration so the bike pays for itself in that regards over the time you own/ride it. Not to mention how much more active/healthier you become riding a bike rather than sitting in traffic in a car. I challenge you, sir, to go ride a pedal assist at your local bike shop to see what we mean before making such judgments. Cheerio!

Well, just don't buy it if you don't like it. But there must be a reason for RM's success.
