Nice to see the engine installed on that robust mounting plate! Appreciate seeing some of the other details that you are showing closeup, like the cyclic control beam.
It was so awesome to hear Steve in the background! Haven't heard that voice in years. Steve was my flight instructor. Absolutely incredible man and truly a GOAT!
Hey Tyler. Really enjoying watching your build. I think it's awesome that you and your grandfather are doing this together. I'm the very very lucky guy that won the PRA Gyro raffle last December. Dennis from Gyro Technic has been so much help with me completing my gyro. I met him at Bensen Days in Wauchula Florida. I'm currently taking lessons from my good friend Greg Spicola in Tampa Florida. I'm not sure when I will be ready to take my check ride with your grandfather but, can't wait to meet both of you. Hopefully you will have your gyro flying by then. When its time for me to come up and do my check ride I have a request. See if you can talk your grandfather into letting me use his Tesla Wall Charger. :) I'll probable be driving up there. Take care and waiting for your next video. Mickey
It really shows! The 8 we normally use is great but the quality of the 10 is amazing, but it makes it so hard to use when you never know if its going to randomly turn off!
So many parts, far too complicated. How many bolts go into the gyro? So many holes cut into it to lighten it. But the amount of nut washers and bolts, it would cancel out the whole process. I’ve said it before, why a 2 stroke, and why a tall tail.? But I love the colour, or how you spell it color.
We went with the 582 because of its lower cost and efficient amount of power. The next step up would have been the Rotax 912, which is exponentially more expensive and comes with +16 HP which for this machine is unneeded!
Little disappointed that you don't fix the video process before moving forward, I'll give that a thumbs down. But I really do like your build, nice very nice..?
If the GoPro fails get the iPad Or your cell phone, I want to see you working on the rotor head . I'm not O.C.D. but I like seeing all details. Regardless Tyler you be safe.
Arrived just in time for the build over and out. Clear for take off. Way to go, the color is banging !!!!! Sweet.
Really enjoying these build videos. I would have given my pinky toe to do this kinda project with my grandfather.

Lots of people are having trouble with the newer GoPros. The CPU is getting more powerful but they are not compensating with better cooling.

Donde comprarlo y cuanto cuesta
Hi Tyler! Amazing job! Is this a project that you design or you bought? Could you share the project document? If you can, I really appreciate that.
Nice

What do you mean exactly by “the video process”?
