New infrastructure enhanced Gulu City hosts Parliament Sitting

Gulu is a city in the Northern Region of Uganda. It is the commercial and administrative centre of Gulu District.
Gulu, was ranked highly in implementation of the just concluded Uganda Support to Municipal Infrastructure Development, a programme USMID.
Gulu, rehabilitated and built several roads generated a new and robust network of a modern metropolis, compared almost to no other regional city.
The 10 year programme was funded by the World Bank and the Government of Uganda, via the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development.
