GULU is land of the Acholi, Acholi are a Nilotic ethnic group of Luo people, thats why its clean and organised just like Kisumu. Kisumu was your best City, same to GULU, says a lot about the Luo people

The people in Northern Uganda they are very very friendly and kind and that city has been in a war tribal war for 20 years it’s just growing right now it was like the way Boko Haram in Nigeria, so Gulu city was like that before but thank God that things are going well now That’s my hometown.
