Yes, it should definitely be on TV. In all the walking programmes I've seen, they just go off and visit owl sanctuaries or go hang gliding. Very little walking.

It was about finding the origins of words earlier than the Oxford Dictionary via the public and getting them to change it. I really enjoyed it and bought the book

That caterpillarI is a wayward son about to be welcomed home, so, they're much more complex and shades of grey as opposed either good or bad. If I could bring any episodic tv series back it'd be Blake's 7.

Bring back The Secret Army tv series. Allo Allo was a spoof based on this but the original was cool. I think I loved a few very old series because of their theme tunes. Like Harry's Game! Meanwhile you could be more British, Cool Dude, when you described possible death by landslide as "moderately worrying"…! Rowan's pleasure at you swallowing a dandelion is infectious. Another great offering. CD #123 PS has to Google 'chine' to find out that it was.
I would bring back The Adventure Game. It was Doogy Rev! A long time ago I was on honeymoon in Madeira and shared a cab with Lovejoy's Eric from the airport to the centre of Funchal. I think he was expecting a private transfer, so he wasn't too impressed!
when I was quite small, about 3 or 4 years old, I tried to climb in the pool and have a swim with seals at the animal park Mom stopped me, which probably saved me from harm. But it still seemed good fun

Either that or maybe the BBC adaptation of the third Tripods book... I lifted a random rock to see if there was a snake under it on a walk in Provence about 15 years ago and there was! I'm fairly sure that it was a smooth snake. It didn't hang around long though. Nice one cool dudes

I loved this one. It was near Brighstone where I lived with my grandparents while growing up. The scenery is lovely in May and so unspoiled.
