I've been using an Onnit 15 pound club for a couple of months and its quality is also great. For what it's worth, I learned some of these movements starting a few years ago with a 32", 2 pound baseball bat. To curious viewers, there is a vast range of weights and lever lengths that are effective with these movements. Like Coach says, start light and progress a little heavier at a time. Thanks for the vid!

Hello! Great tip on the bat. I would have never thought to use that as a fitness tool. Thanks for the tip! 💪🙌
Nice review…how long is the 10lb mace?
I’m really into mace training but man my heart skipped a beat when I saw it heading towards that Martin and SG lol
