Exactly :) Linkin Park is what made me interested in playing instruments, so i started to play the violin in the 3rd grade. Now im in 12th grade, play the violin, cello, bass guitar, guitar, drums, and piano. :)

Why are people always surprised to hear that the backing vocalists are good at singing? If they have the ear to play an instrument properly, chances are they're going to be in key when they sing :P
I wish dave would shine more in Linkin park’s songs, I understand it doesn’t fit their style but man I looked up his old band tasty snax, dude can slap.
It's not just that the bass lines aren't complicated, for some reason they are always so low in the mix I can't even hear the bass... which sucks, because i love bass.
@@Ariel_thenotsolittlemermaid there’s a few songs like given up where it’s pretty strong. Hybrid theory album there are some songs and some unreleased songs as well but that was before Dave joined. I forgot jigga what jay z mashup that’s a good one. Yeah I wish they gave him more room to do intricate stuff instead of following the guitar. Rob is amazing on drums and he should follow along with him and break out a bit but at the same time some of the best songs have simple bass lines so it is what it is.
@@NaeroK87 I know given up has an audible bass line, but that (and a few others, like Faint) are the exceptions. All in all, the bass doesn't get enough appreciation in this band. Oh, and just a little correction: Hybrid Theory wasn't before Dave, he was in the band from the very beginning, just had to leave for a while to tour with his other band. He actually wrote most of the bass lines on Hybrid Theory, even though he wasn't the one who recorded them.
