Appreciate the share and honesty. I have had my Class A for 11 years. I started with FedEx Freight doing LTL. I left, went to Daimler trucks North America, doing some OTR and Local in the PNW. I was able to get my bachelors while driving, and real estate license. And I’m still driving, hoping to get on with Marten now, but CR England offered me a good deal too. That’s how I found your video, and I wanted to say “thank you” for taking the time and sharing.
Lost my mom in November last year. She is the reason why I become a truck driver. Running on 3 months now as a new driver. Have faith in the lord, he has not forsaken you. GodBless
Deion just keep your head up. I just lost my mom in April 2022. I have no friends and family is horrible. There is money in it you have to put in the years after your 5 th. Year you will have great pays. Just focus on your career and future will come. Keep on trucking.
Keep dropping the video's bro, you keep it real with us that's what we love to see and hear. I'm on my way to Laredo right now. Took notes from you ready to get everything rocking
Ima apply but i got 5month old boy at home first born he means everything to me so the not seeing him is probably gonna be the hardest part for me. But i know CDL money is good money so if i gotta struggle in the beggining to make sure he gonna be alright then i gotta do what i gotta do. Only question i got is whats on the cdl permit test.
Im telling people, $4000-$5000 per week is definitely a blessing if you make the right plays! How would you describe your home time? The company allows you to take your truck home?
You definitely not making anywhere near 4k a week. It's more like 8 to 9 hundred a week. When I use to work there back in May they home time use to be stressful. I would go almost two months before I get routed home. It wasn't a big deal but the problem was when I get home. They always short you. The company isn't bad but you really do get lonely. I remember just driving for hours and just talking to myself because I was so bored. Watching your kids grow up through a camera just isn't worth it for as little as they pay.
@@truckershawnalwaysgone8181 I work for jb hunt intermodel now. It's performance pay and I'm home every day. The only time I lose money is if I screw up
They ain’t allow me to take my truck home because I didn’t have a safe place to park it but for me getting home was hard the fleet I was in kept me up north
When you get a load, google the address. Look at the satellite photo. You'll get to see where you are delivering to. If it's residential you'll know it ahead of time. If it's a warehouse you can get a lay of the land.
Peace my G. Do u still have the pre trip booklet for cr england. I'm I want to study the terminology before I head up there in 2 weeks. I can shoot you something for a copy of it.
My brother that's okay money I'm a new driver as well I never went to school I never got into any program and I make about 14 to 1900 a week get paid 35%, there's better things out here
@ETGNorth83 so I was making 2000-2800 a week on there pods account then switched to bud and that account fm lied to me so I quit cr England is good only if you are on the right account

What was your cents per mile pay when you went solo ?
.53 cents starting
Could be .56 if you complete all the weekly goals they set like no late delivery’s no critical events etc
Thank you
It might have taken you two hours to do it, but that whole backing out that gated community place shows that you are pretty smooth with yo truck lol
How do you become a solo driver through C.R England
Just apply on line and they’ll start the process for you you just need a regular license and be 21 or older
