Then on the exhaust stroke of cylinder 4, the exhaust valves of cylinders 2 and 3 would open again. That way the exhaust from cylinders 1 and 4 would help push cylinders 2 and 3. While this is happening the intake valves for cylinders 2 and 3 should always open on the upstroke of the cylinders which would be the actual exhaust. Step 3. it's amazing that you have put so much time and effort to make a video on something you know will not work. I advise you to try and build a "flywheel battery". These batteries actually exist and they store energy using a flywheel. They can be charged by spinning the wheel faster, and when you drive the car the flywheel releases this energy as an electric current. This was intended to store much more energy than a battery and is said to charge more quickly. However, it never materialized into a commercially available product.

Maybe replace the springs with opposing magnets that swing to the exact location when needed?.. Just a thought, but it could have less resistance to higher speeds, last longer, and produce more revolutions. It could be spun up with a conventional engine, then remove the initial thrust.
Could setup a way to essentially revving the motor to maintain or even increase momentum by adding an Electric Drill or something like that to apply more speed and even applying a way to get over minor obstacles such as hills and potholes. Have it spin up the Fly Wheel to apply more torque. Awesome idea though. Love the fact something so simple and so easy to put together can pull a car along. Pretty nice. Would like to see this evolve over time some how. Hopefully you come back to this idea. Even making something to change gears would help with speed. If you want it entirely manually motioned. Different size Gears to shift to so you can adjust the speed. That way the speed of the engine can remain essentially the same but setting up different Gear Ratios ⚙️ could help with speed like, as I said, without changing engine speed.
Think about the fly wheel retracting like a auto gear change but the reverse action of the fly wheel shrinking in to form a tighter spin, it here the magic will happen as it will spin even faster as it shrinks in on its self as long as the weight stays the same!
If you use a mechanism similar to a drill bit in front of the flywheel , it will make it more aerodynamic so that it's running in line with the direction the fly wheel is spinning to reduce drag and increase inertia of the spin ....if you also use a better angle and length on the cam rod with stronger Springs .....it will work more efficiently and make it much faster
If you had a more constant resistance, maybe this would work better. I'm thinking it could have a marine application--perhaps in conjunction with a Flettner rotor to help keep the mechanizm turning. Due to the low revs, it might work best with a paddle wheel as opposed to a propeller. Yes, that takes it out of the automotive arena a bit, but maybe there's a way to make a Lada float!
All the springs need to be pulling the wheel around at the same momment of enertia. It needs to apply the tourque like a single phase ac motor does with electro magnets.
Use an engine block and crank of you're choice up the spring count to match the the cylinders, maybe try some variable rate springs ( like beehive springs) , utilize the oiling system for the crank. And don't attach the springs to the connecting rods so they don't get resistance on the upstrokes. I don't know I'm Drunk.
Try two wheels on the same rod to increase speed. If successful then you increase to four and six on the same rod or different rods just as engines are of different cylinder blocks. Waiting for the update. Congrats.
Hey guys great content !! Love the experiments very refreshing !!! Btw I have a idea for or of your experiments, What if so you could use electric motors on the front wheels and remove the alternator, then use the wheels as generators to make electricity to charge the 12 volt battery , no more need for brakes!!! Front and rear , can make an electric switch to lock wheels for the handbrake function !! Cheers Mike

Ɓy adding two small versions of that to the sides with two different belts going to it should help the speed and movement so it shouldn't shake as much plus shortening the big one will help
Hey! Can you recumulate the spring tention as it unwinds on another spring so it will last a whole lot longer? You could use a magnet generator (not resistive but works with the direction of motion so you don't loose as much energy) to store some energy to even complete the winding on the other side? And then back and fourth from one spring to the other!
make this a series please, and please on the next one use a starter motor to jump the flywheel, and make that the inertia impulse. You should be able to go much faster/farther on that. Other options include mechanical crank, bungee cord, and some other things. I would also like to see this used for a tracked vehicle as a propulsion method, really feel like novosibersk could use these options for winter fuelless travel., and the battery for the starter motor is the key. You could also use a hall sensor to indicate when the rpms have gone down too far, to flash a light on the dash to clutch the flywheel, so that the springs and cam can keep moving but you can re-impulse the flywheel itself. SO MANY IDEAS!!!
So you have to get the engine is on suspension system to compensate for the pot holes. Venues like a centrifugal clutch to make it go faster or slower or the transmission you engage in transmission when you want speed and then unengaged the transmission when you don't want speed
Now bump it up to (level) two add some neodymium magnets to the inertia flywheel and use that as the Catalyst to start or keep an engine moving electrically🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Sugesting to cut the backseat, and use all the empty space for the spring-loaded flywheel "motor", alternator and some bateries. The speed will be controlled by electricity "pedal", while the springload motor will go its pace in regenerating the bateries.

as a low flow water pump this is a game changer WOW i will be make'n one thanks guys
Why would you not mount a small generator on it and charge 12/24 v batteries But no you people have to mount it in a car try to drive it on a road !
Think about the fly wheel retracting like a auto gear change but the reverse action of the fly wheel shrinking in to form a tighter spin, it here the magic will happen as it will spin even faster as it shrinks in on its self as long as the weight stays the same!
How many scam-shafts does it have?😂
Two cranks with timed slack and tension double fly force spring relief do to rotation like a cam. For your next adventure. You will be amazed
😂 In the end he said it was the starter motor that was propelling it, the laws of physics are preserved!😂
That's the most kludgey method I've seen to make a crankshaft. I love it
This channel is amazing. You guys did everything you can do to a engine or car that I can think of. Cheers, guys 🍻.
Congrats.
I like the new editing style showing a bit more of the build with the boys. Bravo!
Hey guys great content !! Love the experiments very refreshing !!!
Btw I have a idea for or of your experiments,
What if so you could use electric motors on the front wheels and remove the alternator, then use the wheels as generators to make electricity to charge the 12 volt battery , no more need for brakes!!! Front and rear , can make an electric switch to lock wheels for the handbrake function !! Cheers Mike
Somebody needs to protect this man 🙏 the world government doesn't like free energy and I can think of several ways to improve this just from basic science
During my work career, I've worked on Ferrari, Lamborghini, Rolls Royce, Bentley, Aston Martin, Bugatti, Lagonda, Ducati, Aprilia, Laverda.... I've worked on everything but, my life will not be complete until I've worked on a Lada at Garage54!!! Я учу Россия
This could be my favorite channel, because I have tried it, its work.👍
Ɓy adding two small versions of that to the sides with two different belts going to it should help the speed and movement so it shouldn't shake as much plus shortening the big one will help
it was my proposition 😍😍😍😍🥰thank you
Small modification you can take the springs and make them adjustable so that you can stretch them harder to give it more push
Make?
The bottom adjustable to pull the springs harder
Thank you for adding the section starting at 9:29; some individuals may have otherwise accepted the existence of perpetual motion.
make this a series please, and please on the next one use a starter motor to jump the flywheel, and make that the inertia impulse.
SO MANY IDEAS!!!
did you not finish the vid?
I wonder if it might work better if the systems flywheel and shaft were level? Great job guys!!🤣
I cant wait for the springy powerded drag races!😅😅
Like it, specially when you applied load to the engine.
Thank you sir for the knowledge 🎉❤😊
So you have to get the engine is on suspension system to compensate for the pot holes. Venues like a centrifugal clutch to make it go faster or slower or the transmission you engage in transmission when you want speed and then unengaged the transmission when you don't want speed
Great video layout and the physics explanation at the end..
Finally found someone I trust testing this contraption 😂
Now use the potential energy in semi truck suspension coil for a kinetic engine starter.
What if you combined magnets like with the magnetic motor you guys built along with spring inertia engine😮
heavier springs are twice or tripple the springs you have Great job this is the prototype of something great
I fucking love physics lessons from men who try and test the facts
So what lesson did you learn from this?
Now bump it up to (level) two add some neodymium magnets to the inertia flywheel and use that as the Catalyst to start or keep an engine moving electrically🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Sugesting to cut the backseat, and use all the empty space for the spring-loaded flywheel "motor", alternator and some bateries. The speed will be controlled by electricity "pedal", while the springload motor will go its pace in regenerating the bateries.
