At 16:01 is Adrian Black from Adrian's digital basement, he is in a blue shirt but has his back to the camera. I did get a change to chat with him briefly. At 17:04 is David Lovett from the Usagi Electric RUclips channel. He brought the Centurion computer you saw at one point in the video.
12:42 There's Usagi's ADDS Regent terminal (not painted Centurion-Blue or Centurion Branded)...that's one of the less sung heroes of his channel...again, great video!
So funny to see some of these old systems. Whenever my kids see what we worked on they giggle at the size, but agree some of our games were pretty awesome even if not as lifelike as their games are now. The idea that we didn’t have the internet until basically college in wide use is so strange to them. Thank you for sharing these cool things with us that we’d miss otherwise.
Thanks for sharing Josh! I started office work back in 1984 and a lot of what you showed in this video looked familiar to me. Despite working on a computer every day for my job I really know nothing about them 😂
4:14 you caught just a few seconds of the corner of Uniservo's table there...and his full table view at 13:00 Thanks for this video, all great coverage and commentary!!
Fun to recognize my history! I started to learn the slide-rule, but then those tech calculators took over! Saw the keypunch, old early office computers we used, and remembered the tape backup I did for our mainframe! Thanks for the memories! 😄
This is a great video, I gotta hand it to your man on the scene. Thanks a lot for sharing what many of us aren't able to visit in person. Appreciate it a ton guys.
Thanks, Dan! I can see Josh getting lost in that museum for a couple of days. 😆 It looks like a fascinating place. I did see a few things I used to work on. And heard a few things too, like Fortran and Unix. Very cool video! Thanks for sharing it! 😊
josh it's so cpp; yp dee ypu and jenba co,omg out like this! i thiml chanel's where ypo both could allw yorselvs to explore ypur own separate onterests outside of disney whoch we know we all love, were a perfect fit for you both! thank you so much as always!

Thank you! THAT is the way such tours should be done, pausing for a bit on most items with the commentary having an added value. Due to the low indoor light level and the resulting low camera "shutter speed," unless that pause is done, everything is a blur even in still frames. Major channels that should darn well know better swing their cameras all over the place as they look at things with their eyes, rarely pausing on anything, thinking the camera can reproduce what they SEE as well as their brains have processed it.
A lot of those machines brought back some great memories. If I wanted one thing to collect now it'd be (as seen in the video) one of the blue TWC Intellistar Machines or the older Weatherstar ones. (Thanks to the guys who've owned these over the years some great emulators are available, but it'd be neat to have the real thing!)

8:37 Seeing these narrow columns of block-lights is interesting on the Univac...that's a new one for me to notice. Nice coverage, again!
Thanks!
The scrambled cable signal screen brought back some memories lol

I’ve seen some videos on that machine. It’s very interesting for sure! Lots of RUclipsrs have done videos about them. I wonder how many are left.
