It's a cracking song, but it has that Level 42 dna running through it with a similar thumping rhythm to Lessons in love. Wish this incarnation of the band had gone on longer even though it's not the Gould brothers era Level 42.
Wow!!! Just Wow!!! The vocals between the 2 Mikes (Lindup and Curran) was amazing! Gazza giving the drums no quarter as you'd expect, and King of the bass as per usual, out of this world!!!
... you know, this stuff may be older and 'dated', but I'd rather listen to this than almost anything being done now. So much of what you hear now is synthetic, hollow post production crap. Long live Mark King, Kim Stone and Tyran Porter-my musical heroes. Oh, and by the way, that 'witch'....she can stay with me anytime...
Always a treat to see Mark King's Coco Bolo topped $20,000 Alembic series II bass in action. Mark has always had the best taste in gear, especially basses of such esteemed pedigree. World class basses for a world class musician.
I seen them in Oct in Cardiff.. Best night of my whole life.. Going to see them in my home town next year.. If my health holds out 🤞... Level 42 has helped me through this saddest year of my whole life.. Lost both my parents within months of each other 💔
This is music.
I listen this clip every year from the moment I found it.
One of the best bands during their 40 year plus run of music. Forget
C-Rap and Hip Hop. This is the real thing.
Guaranteed is a must have for driving long distances or cross country. I love listening and singing along with all the tracks on this album.
Same here ♥️
Wind those windows down and put on max volume... Fab.. I love it amongst many of the other tracks 😊
Unbelievable live performance, by one of the absolute best bands ever. Love Level 42.
