The thin barrel may be good for extreme temps! I tested a benchrest rifle with a 1.25" barrel diameter in negative temps and the impact was low and to the left about 1" off. As the temp of the barrel changed, the groups changed, but the group never came close to the single hole the gun would shoot in temps above 60F.

Realistically how difficult would it be to change calibers?

@@BugsISKing just requires bolt and barrel head, would take about 30 seconds to switch between calibers
