Snake energy

Another week, another vlog. I've been running, pilate-ing - the usual. Plus some work trips to the city. An update on a creative project I've been working on in the background and a bit about snake energy and the two snake encounters that have left their mark on me so far this year.

I really enjoyed the explanation of the lines, particularly the evolution of self and how we divert around discomfort even if it leaves us short of our goal...I've been experiencing that this week myself, without realising it. Well done on capturing more moments and sharing them! I am also learning how much effort it takes to think about capturing...and then editing... Kudos to you for being consistent!
