    Love your videos Michael, but can't we do that sort of thing more accurately and easier with Live Boolean? Just trying to see why this would be better. Thanks!

    This might be helpful is when making VDM brushes that have objects with high peaks. You can give this type of sculpt more polygons and better deformation in the beginning when creating a VDM brush.

    stupid question but how does this differ from Projection Master........

      Looks like Drop3D will actually change the topology where as Projection Master was just projecting the details.

    It would be wonderful if I could find this Drop 3D button under the Document menus shown in the video. I am using 2023 and it is not found!

      aint that the truth. i saw a comment about zbrush somewhere i forget where---its like its built by someone locked away in a room, having never seen or used any software before, then they created their own software from scratch
      if it wasnt so amazing at what it does, it would be inexcusable to design something like this, and not worth the time taken to learn it.
      why tf are meshes called TOOLS anyways, the TOOL is the software, the mesh is the mesh. Its like you need to learn a whole new vocabulary to use this program lmao
