The tours are still great and that’s why im here watching and will continue to support. And yes Mikey was a co-founder and significant part of this channel. So it’s disappointing that no clarification is giving. Mikey is still mentioned in credits etc. so that means he’s still involved one way or another. Don’t really care if he’s returning or not, but all I ask for is that he is healthy. If you parted ways or he’s more lowkey working in the background doesn’t matter, but don’t neglect your day one supporters. Keep doing the tours and be great at it, but don’t ignore your supporters!

After Mikey went missing my mother is on a food strike, my dog stopped barking, my father doesn't stop crying, inflation went to an all time high, I stopped smiling, life has no meaning and global warming took a turn for the worst. The clay bottle holders at 11:37 is actually a very clever design as clay is also known as natural refrigerator and it keeps the bottles cool for a long time with no requirement of electricity!
Yes, like the traditional African clay pots used over the centuries to store cool water before the invent of electricity

Problem is that there is next to no exteriors. It's in the middle of a damn city with no privacy and that's why they can't sell it.

I do not particularly like the house itself, but that swimming pool underground is from another world. Incredible...
I had the exact same thoughts, not a huge fan of the first level and way the bedrooms seem like such an afterthought, as well as the kitchen being really small and closed off.. but the rest of the house is great.

@@user-qd4eu8jb4vPeople who own a house like this have a team of staff to cook, clean and maintain the property for them. The kitchen was built with that in mind. I think the renovations were very tastefully done, with just the right amount of colour to be interesting but not overwhelming. I did notice the amount of empty space in the bedrooms compared to the other rooms in the house, but I assume it's so the future occupants can tailor the rooms to their needs.
You should watch the other property Cogemad designed in Paris. It seems like they like to place swimming pool underground

I believe Enes addressed it a couple videos back, Mickey is just getting less involved in camera works and is focusing more on the behind the scenes like editing, and will probably only be cameraman in very big projects later. I don’t understand why it’s so hard for you to do some digging through his channel and see what happened instead of commenting on the video as if enes is purposefully not explaining why mickeys gone. English is not my native language so I’m sorry if my language usage seems rude. Have a good day.

It is really busy but beautiful, I couldn't imagine walking through this masterpiece. The history, the finishes, the colors....magnifique
This actually is one of the few mansions that is, or should be, worth more than the asking price. The majesty of this one, $42M, makes that $200M mega mansion floating dangerously a few feet above sea level, on half an acre of artificial island in Florida --- as well as those ghetto looking $150M - $350M LA ones --- look completely silly.

The « asking price » is just what the owner hopes. The value is the price paid in the end.
This villa desperately needs a real good interior designer! It is so sad, right now!

Enes- I am impressed by how far you and your crew have come since I started watching your videos a few years ago. I'm sad to see that Mikey has not been behind the camera the last few. I hope that he is still with your crew. I don't like Cody in this role because he is too confident in his comments. When Mikey was doing the comments you could always count on a few "umm, I really like...". Also, something else that I miss is the frequency of videos. It seems now that you're releasing one every 2 or 3 weeks instead of every week. I don't think the quality of the product has improved so much as to warrant this slowed rate. Considering the majority of the last 10 videos have been in California, traveling shouldn't be an issue. There's a lot to unpack in my comments, but again, I admire the attention to detail with your tours and I miss Mikey.

I live in Paris. This property makes no sense. It is not really near Paris and you are packed inbetween other houses. You could get a spectacular property in Paris for this price with a prestigeous address. The exterior is hideous and the curb appeal is non-existent. For this money, you could get a renovated chateau with gardens in the country.

@11:45 Here, people used to/still use clay pots to store water. It keeps it cool in summer. I assume the clay slots are there to keep wine cool.
