Kesselring wasnt beaten. The British and American forces ran into a brick wall at the Gothic Line and never advanced past that position. Kesselring's forces only surrendered as the Reich began to collapse and the end of the war imminent

Karl Doenitz war criminal 'cause U-boats? If so, then all Allied navy admirals are, as well.

"Better men and better generals" Clearly had nothing to do with Germany being at war with over fifty nations all on its own. Well, they had Italy as an ally, so... even worse.

Horthy was under Nazi custody since 16 October, 1944. He tried to make an armistice with the Allies but he was arrested by the Nazis and a puppet Arrow cross regime was installed in Hungary. And he was never tried at Nürnberg, even Stalin was against accusing him.

Von Rundstedt was against the unfair victimizing of civil population but Hitler's instructions went direct to the soldiers themselves..he had been dismissed by hitler twice .

Only years later these criminals became friends. British imperialism needed them and so by 1950, the former Nazi's became allies in the new Federal Republic of Germany. Forgotten were their war crimes as West-Germany did not spoke of them until the 1970's.

Perhaps only remotely related, but makes more sense to me than most what has been said in the video:
