2 Years of Chronic Back & Sciatica Pain Healed Naturally in 7 Weeks!

  • Kyle had a bad disc herniation injury from 2 years ago that was causing back and sciatica pain (sciatic nerve pain down the legs) that just would not go away.     Thank you for sharing Kyle. Doc Charlie is my go-to when I get flare ups. Reminds me about my mental dialogue and also the movements I do that is essentially 'poking the bear'.😊

    10 years in for me. I was a personal trainer and loved free weights. It started when the Dr told me i was hyperflexive. I was a pilates junkee. After birthing 4 babies my relastin and ligaments are trashed. Lo and behold i have flat feet, flat back and 3 anular tears and SI issues. DDD and some calcification spurs on some. 5 herniatons in 4 years. Extremely painful. You literally feel the torn discs. And are we not seposed to fear our movements? After my 4th herniation I was determined to get well. Put my diet to raw mostly vegan. Felt inflammation leave after 1month. Started stretching again. Feeling way better. Then month 2 got the flu. My body was aching and something caused my l5 to herniate and the siatica just let up from pain of 10 to 2 after a week. Plus i don't take pain pills. I take a wholistic approach with herbs and teas. Now what? Im literally terrified to move. Are we not seposed to floss the siatic nerve?

      14 yrs here. It sucks. Diet helps: herbs, limited processed food or additives and no HFCS.

    So glad he’s better. So I heard that many people have this symptoms show up in the MRI. What makes one’s symptoms worse than others? in other words, I have some of these and all of a sudden one day in February I was in excruciating pain, but do not remember the event that led up to it
