Just glad to see planes back in it. I spent far more time flying around the map, doing aerobatics and exploring than I ever thought I would. They just had a great flight model. Forgiving arcade with just a sprinkle of realism to make it feel like you were flying.
Especially in 2 when you got the helicopter, it was so fun
I enjoyed the older planes like the spitfire and p51
This game looks so awesome. I can't wait to play. It's gonna be a very busy and expensive year for us racing game lovers
dont get hype for this game, its literally the rehash to crew 2 but with new map and new physics (probably from crew 1 physics because the way how it sways)

There was this discussion on Reddit a while back about the scene at 7:18 where you can see another island in the distance. The dish you see on the right is supposedly on the west side of the island in real life (near the sharp tip). But in real life the island (Kauai) is way to distant to be seen from Honolulu. So IT put that there for a reason. This lead the redditor to believe that this is part of the in game map or a possible future expansion. It would be really cool for them to support the game into the future by adding more and more islands of Hawaii.
Did you guys know that in The Crew Motorfest at night it kinda reminds me of Need for Speed underground style theme, but with more a depth colour, reflection of lights from the rain to it and even when you drift it is basically almost Need for Speed Unbound. Thus the physic I got to say looks so much better and I can’t wait for it to come out.
Things I miss about the first game:
- The story actually being about a crew
- The ability to strip a car down and rebuild it in a different spec
First crew game which I will definitely be purchasing. More hyped than any forza game ever.
Considering Ivory Tower have proved to us on TWO occasions with The Crew and The Crew 2 that they are willing to support their game with meaningful content for roughly 5 years, I can make an exception for them charging these prices...

fr though, that’s the main reason why this has made me more excited than NFS Unbound ever did. Not only did they get the supra but also they are probably going to keep updating the game for a good while.
I really hope they update the rim customization. Because good lord it's been awful for the past 2 games. Literally stock rims were the only good option and you could only paint your rims in a chrome finish. No matte or alloy. That was my biggest gripe with the series

Game looks great. Played the closed beta and couldnt be more excited. Just wish they would let us lower our cars a bit, but whatever, I get it. Still super excited
I feel like things like that will come in future updates. They seemed to listen to community in the Crew 2 I have no doubt they’ll do the same.

This game will be a must buy. Though I can't help but think that boats and planes should not be in the game so we can get even cooler stuff for the cars.
They should make it so you can import like 3 of your old cars so they the game won’t get boring

The Vintage list was my favorite.. Pathfinding using landmarks was SOOOO FUN!
I loved the feature of not having GPS and guiding urself with a photo, to find locations and continue driving, kinda remembers me to the Stories in TC2, where u traveled to different places following clues to have a car as a price at the end

This is a beautiful game it's like a mix of of different car games in one
If you transfer your garage like i did in phase 4, all my cars went straight back to stock level I pray that they keep the monthly liveries competition that was on at the main stage for the extra i went for the ultimate version.

So what ur saying with the planes being a mode of getting around faster like a fast travel is like the first the crew game from 2014 it seems that took a step back from the crew 2 and when back to the original giving the graphics look more like the original crew game
With regards to the classic cars, I would love to know if there can be a varied modification system for the oldies. They come with no GPS in the playlists so would you be allowed to do the same in free roam? And if so, could one of the modifications for classic cars be a built-in GPS that you would have to buy and install for that specific vehicle?

It worries me a bit that they didn't give any other vehicle the same spotlight in this trailer. I hope they could do some justice to boats, planes, and any other non-car vehicle events on Motorfest.

The Crew Motorfest dose look nice and was about to pre order it but then I saw gameplay on the incar cockpit and the mirrors still don't work! A game that is on current gen consoles in 2023 I expected more. So I'm going to wait for TestDrive Solar Crown as TDU2 had working car mirrors and that was a game 11 years old!!! I think Solar Crown will look amazing.

That’s why I never bothered playing the crew 2 other than the 10hr trial. The driving physics was a big no for me. And hopefully the car sounds are a lot better than the crew 2. That game had dog shit sounds

same the Hawaii is not that big so the map will be smaller then fh4 so it will get boring quick just look at forza horizon maps those are big and they still get boring in a year and the crew devs are not known for map detail either

Being a Ubisoft game you'll probably be able to get a trial/demo version of the game that you can play for a good while before deciding to buy the game. Personally I think the game is worth it especially on discount which happens every week because Ubisoft.

I know why they did this because you don’t need to buy performance parts for the cars but still I think that’s what’s missing from the crew is class races like NFS or Forza, B/A class races because in the crew you usually just fully upgrade your cars there’s no reason to have slower cars driving super fast cars all the time isn’t fun
