Gotta say, I've been watching a few info-vid channels on expat life abroad, cost of living comparisons, investing, etc... and I love the way you guys present your information. The interviews, property profiles, legal contacts, and cinematic "b-rolls" are just spot on... not to mention helpful (obvi). I'm so glad I came across this channel. Thanks Warren and Julie!!!

Cool vid as always. I'm curious about live-aboards in small sailboats (20-25ft or so) in the area you filmed. Could be a fun alternative to renting an apartment. Do you know where can one find info on this?
Hmmm 🤔 I can only guess that the Fjord had a lot of fresh water running into it from snow melt when you visited. I’ve swam in several areas in Montenegro I hadn’t noticed any place being very different myself. Not to say it isn’t, I just haven’t noticed.

They do have some, I’ll have to look on the waterfront tomorrow.
When we were here few years ago, it seemed us, that the temperature of the water in Cotor bay were much lower, than in other regions of Montenegro.
