I just noticed that when you attack Toriel, she quickly covers the necklace contains the Mage’s soul to protect it from harm. Even dead, Toriel still wants to protect her child.

There was a TON of polish and work put into this battle, and it shows. The fight itself's got genuinely creative mechanics, and the writing is sublime, with how tragic Toriel is, and things tensing up because of how Flowey's master scheme is coming to fruition. I'll gladly wait as long as I need to for new Inverted Fate updates, it'll be really interesting to see Flowey's new plan with the SOULs, since Omega Flowey completely backfired in the original UT Timeline.
(also you can see a root popping out of the ground to snatch the Mage's SOUL at 14:44 if you observe carefully which is a cool detail)

The reason This. Au is perfect, is because it isn't a cheap story, it has story, details, everything an Au has that is based off of undertale.

That DETERMINATOR fight was amazing, but I loved the SOUL splitting Fury part more.
This was absolute epic
I loved every detail
-Papyrus leaving the party because it's forced to search for sans while Toriel smashes that mercy button to ashes (that's why there is the megalovania leitmotif in the BGM).
-Toriel just destroying your act button because she thinks that she doesn't deserve mercy, like the Asgore fight.
-The orange soul mechanic and the buttons floating elsewhere, it was very creative

This has the be the single most fleshed out AU I’ve ever seen. I get chills every time i see a video congrats on making something so amazing.
I saw this in my recommendeds and immediately starting making monkey noises. That’s the best compliment o can give.

Interestingly, Flowey is in the situation he wanted all along, even moreso than the original game. Chara is trapped in a currently cycling loop where they have to 'play' with Flowey. Escalating things, Flowey now has confirmation of Chara's involvement beyond assumption. He really won..

This fight was so cool! Or, should should I say hot? I love how, even when separated from Frisk, Papyrus has one last trick up his sleeve. The orange soul mechanic being a dash is awesome!
It pained me seeing just how much Toriel was hurting, all the torment of past failures, mistakes made by her and mistakes made by the ones she trusted, crashing down on her. She just couldn't bring herself to trust another person with the Mage's soul. And despite it all, Frisk made it through! Toriel finally calmed down, realizing that there may still be a chance. I just hate how she beats herself up over it but, Sans, Papyrus, Frisk, and Flowey all managed to show her the light!
The plan is known now of course. Frisk and Papyrus have finally figured out who Flowey is, Prince Asriel of the underground. Now all they need to do is gather everyone and break the barrier, right? Everything seems fine! Right? And yet... despite all his convincing, his expert manipulation that almost had me thinking it was authentic at points, we know that Flowey's not on their side. He's finally got the souls after all. So, what will he do now? Time to see!
So flowey Finally admited he was once Asriel... but... STILL WANTS TO BECOME GOD!

I just recently discovered this channel and this au from a comment in Siivagunner’s channel and I love it! So much work and love has been put into the series that I wished I discovered earlier! Keep up the good work during these hard times!

Inverted Fate is my all-time favorite AU. It's concept is creative, and expertly executed. I can't begin to imagine how much work is going into this, and i have to applaud absolutely everyone involved in this, although I know an applause is so underwhelming for the amount of effort in this.

I just watched every inverted fate video a while ago, I am happy that a new one just happened to be uploaded an hour ago, thank you, fireglobe productions for making these videos!
OH SHOOT THE SOUL IS IN THE NECKLACE! I didn’t see that one coming! This AU keeps finding ways to surprise me. This is by far the best swap AU.
The blue flames in the background make the fight way more intense!
While not nearly as dramatic as the undyne fight, you can really feel toriels sorrow and guilt here. You can just tell how... broken she is. Her eyes are always so distant, like shes just let go and let the world take her, like she doesnt care anymore. Great job on that aspect. The theme too is also a banger. Great job overall

You managed to create a Queen Toriel fight that has a different role in the story, with different motives fueling her. And the best thing is that you didn't stick to only the "basics"; Breaking the MERCY button, forcing Frisk to FIGHT, etc. You managed to include lots of original concepts, attacks, and ideas that made this video so much better! Y'all have really awesome imaginations, so props to you! *clap clap clap clap!*

hey, i've just finished inverted fate. i have to say, great job on making me hooked on a swap au. IF is incredibly well made, and it did captivate me pretty much exactly like undertale. i'm looking forward to the next chapter.

Well, that was interesting! Does fall in the shellshock of the Crisis, but is very well done in all respects! Considering how much Flowey transitioned, his 'altered' plan is especially tense. No matter how long it will take, I'll be glad to see it!

oh my god, okay, so I just discovered Inverted Fate the other day (and yeah, judging by where I'm at now, I've spent almost TOO MUCH of my time reading/watching this), and I just want to say, this is one of the best fanworks I have EVER seen. The amount of time, dedication and sheer _determination_ it must have taken to bring this story into the world as you have is absolutely BONKERS IN FUCKING YONKERS, but it's also so inspiring and admirable. So, I just want to say this now, before I play the game... Thank you. Thank you for making this, for pouring blood sweat and tears into this project. This AU feels so much closer to canon than any other I've seen, and has been so well-done. If I had any sort of art or gamemaking skill, I'd love to try and make something even half as wonderful as this.

This AU is truly the best out of all AU's. It shows a lot of work and and polishing. This AU feels like a totally different game/comic, but with Undertale characters in other roles and Undertale spriting style. This AU is truly a masterpiece amongst AU's. It started 4-5 years ago and still is going forward. This AU deserves all the love it gets.
Absolutely loved this fight and Flowey's face while imitating Frisk anyway keep up the good work and maybe give a clue when story 1 ends

That was amazing! The fight, plot and ending... which is actually just the beginning... =) Not gonna lie, I expected Flowey to attack Toriel at the end but he sure learned from his past mistakes. This time he chose to gain her trust, by saving kindness soul... So clever...
And oh boy, I knew it'll gonna end at the cliffhanger, but if Flowey took the souls right there and took control over the timeline, then... Frisk would quickly realize I think... or maybe not? And here I thought Flowey will wait until they gather everyone... I was also almost sure Chara will tell Frisk why they don't trust Flowey, but I am sure they will soon...
Also, the scene after the credits (I knew it'll gonna be one, it's almost a tradition now, huh XD) Undyne sure had it tough as well. But oh boy... This... "preview" of amalgamates looks so interesting! Can't wait to see them!

This was super well made. All the mechanics are super cool and you have once again made a perfect Soul Mode for orange just like with cyan beforehand.
The story is super emotional too. Toriel is absolutely perfect.

Imagine having an extremely helpful partner with you though your entire journey, only to lose all of their help durign a crucial moment like this. Of course, WE don’t think it’s very impactful, but then again, we’ve only relied on Papyrus twice.

I haven't read entirely about this AU (although I'd like to do so)
Honestly, I didn't trust Flowey since he appeared in the conversation. Even though he admitted being Asriel, I still had many doubts about his words, mostly because of his expressions, I wasn't convinced that he had good intentions or any way to help the underground.
Also; in mid of the battle, I noticed the Green Soul suddenly fell from Toriel's armor and suddenly "disappeared" from the battlefield, a pretty nice detail I must say. It connected pretty well with the fact of how Flowey "saved" it

Watch me put this video in my mouth and HHGRRRNNGGHH HHRRGGNNHHH CRRGRRRHHH GOD THIS WAS SO GOOD. Toriels hesitation at the beginning, her willingness to still accept Mercy. When the Soul got knocked off her persom I was yelling at the screen begging frisk to hover over it to pick it up. When it faded out my first thought was "flowey probably has it now" and yep he did. The fact that theres no photoshop flowey does bring into question why he would want to absorb the 6 souls NOW instead of later when everyones gathered 🤔
I have already finished the pacifist ending (in fact, on the first try), and I have to say that I am loving it much more than I thought, also, see how well thought out the flowey plan is and not just jump to its omega phase And fighting makes me think that it has to be something incredible
