    I have made a similar version of this recipe but no horse radish. I also added broccoli, bacon and a little apple cider vinegar to give it a little zing. Great videos Buck keep up the good work.

      oh yeah!--a little vinegar makes all the difference---I'll put that in if I don't use pickle relish or pickled jalapeno with a little of the pickling juice

    another awesome video from chef buck and camera girl. i grew up in a dysfunctional home and boy it's just a breath of fresh air to see people just being cute and having fun in a relaxed, non chaotic atmosphere, and it's mind blowing that it can be as simple as that, to have a good life. i tell ya, this is medicine to me. i feel the love. i feel the power. now excuse me while i wrestle some cauliflower

    I like a little bit of onion in my potato salad. Adds a bit of crunch and flavor.

    • @ChefBuckRecipes
      @ChefBuckRecipes  7 лет назад +16

      I agree!--especially green onion for me--I knew I would have leftovers with this batch, and CG is not a fan of raw onion as it ages, so I left it out of this recipe, but it's definitely a good idea if you're an onion fan

    Today's weather screamed for a summer salad so, I made this exactly as your recipe is written and it was/is DELICIOUS. I have to note that I love that you used the yolk to make the dressing instead of throwing them away like most foodies would.

    Chef Buck, thank you, thank you. For sharing this recipe. I need to keep away from simple starches. I'm a diabetic. I haven't had any mac and potato salad this summer because of this reason. glad you like the vids--thanks for checking them out....I love boiled eggs in tuna and potato salad, but CG doesn't get too excited about the egg part--I found that by hiding the yolks in the dressing, she'd give me a pass on the whites...so now we have a more harmonious potato/cauliflower salad household.

    A Dusty Rhodes reference in a potato salad recipe. Now you're talkin. I miss Dusty and Gordon Solie. Every time Dusty was being interviewed and he was getting all happy you knew it was seconds away from one of his enemies to barge onto the set and hit dusty with a chair while Gordon got hysterical.
    "uh, we'll be back... we'll be right back..."
    "and a Pier 6 brawl has broken out!"
