This is exactly what I was looking for when searching for tutorials on moving with the hips first. It wasnt a search hit, but I just clicked on it from the side bar out of curiosity. Thank you!

I would love to see a collaboration video between Yusuke and Jesse Enkamp, either interview or collaboration teaching class

I know this has been done before, but you should do a series of video showing the connection between Fujian white crane kung fu and Okinawan karate, but with your own spin. You could interview kung fu masters from your own perspective as a karate practitioner.

Excellent. Thank you for this great reminder and fantastic examples of how to practice this! My first sensei used to drag me forward by my belt when I was a beginner and I had completely forgotten that until now! 😊 We also sat or knelt on the wood floor... even though it was in the US, the world of chairs! I'm glad for that and grateful for your lessons. 🙏🏼

Are we going to see your reaction to Bloodsport 2? I am curious of your opinion about the fighting styles of the main characters.

So, is it true that the myth of the ninja came from children's books near the end of the 19th century (late 1800s)?
