No, I have 12 american girl dolls who all are differently abled. It started after one of my dolls had loose limbs and I got her leg braces and then I didn't want her to be left out so any dolls I got after that also had something special about them. I think it's great to showcase and normalize diversity so you should definitely go for it!
Do you have any ideas how I could make a white cane for the blind for my American girl doll? I am blind and I use the white cane and I want my doll, to have a white cane too.

It seems so simple what she does, using simple materials but what she’s doing for the patient is so much more.
The process looks like a pain to do but it is so cool how you can rotate the doll’s foot.The prosthetic leg looks so realistic.
this doesn't look like she's doing much, but for that patient, this will probably be the greatest gift in their entire life. you've earned a sub :)

She is a prosthetist, so she makes prosthetics and orthotics for people too, which takes a lot more thought and customization. :-)

At the dollar store they sell bamboo skewers. You could cut one and paint it white
