I met Don Johnson outside at the stage door in London when he was in Guys & Dolls a few years ago. What a lovely, kind, warm, generous gentleman he was and is. As he walked away I called out "Take care Don!" not expecting him to reply, but he did with "You too!". His presence on stage, film & tv screen demands your attention and his acting appears relaxed and effortless. God bless you Don xx
Don is still, and will forever be, one of the coolest guys alive. The swagger is still there from the 80s.
The only other guy in the world who could compare to this guy was Luis Miguel here in latin america. The girls would literally had heart attacks and fainted in every concert he made, so much so that an ambulance was always ready to pick up a few after each show. This is a true story.

They have one every year but It's usually hosted somewhere in Germany I think. Unfortunately, Don Johnson, Philip Michael Thomas and Edward James Olmos are always invited but don't ever attend but they do manage to get Saundra Santiago, Michael Talbott and John Diehl every year, and I believe Olivia Brown attended once or twice. I really wish we had an annual reunion here in the USA with the entire cast including Martin Ferrero (Izzy Moreno).

The clothes, the Miami setting, the music of Jan Hammer, the opening theme/video, the musical guests, the featured music of big 80's artist, the direction, acting, art direction, editing, colors, themes--just way ahead of it's time

A reunion episode? It would have to revolve around unusual circumstances, because Sonny Crockett quit the force out of frustration over the corrupt system he was working for, and head further south. How much further, I don't know, since Miami is pretty south. Maybe Key West.

Don johnson looks good enough at his age now to jump right back into the show and still be sonny crockett, i really liked Miami Vice, some of the episodes were kind of dumb but the good episodes made up for it. A few year back i started collecting anything I could find from the show but pretty much had to rely on ebay to find most of it now.
