I wanna remind everyone what intersectionality is. Nothing is ever just one thing. Prisons isn’t just “where bad people go”, it’s a predatory pipeline. Homophobia isn’t just homophobia, it’s racism, ableism, misogyny, and more.
This is gonna sound corny, but yknow what makes me happy? Kids are gonna grow up happy. Kids can now see people who are and aren’t like them on screen. There are shows about families where no one harms eachother. Queer, disability, and poc rep is becoming more and more popular. We have a lot to go, but I’m so so glad we’re on our way to a better future. Imagine growing up with films like Nimona or Spiderverse.
