Dr A: reading about your work with MSF in Haiti, Iraq and Syria has been hugely inspiring. Now, your remarkable tour in ebola-infested Sierra Leone has just been aired here in Canada on the CBC -- you have done much to spread awareness. Gut-wrenching to watch and imagine, you maintain a balance of composure and humanity. Thank you for the respect and dignity you show to those in need. Sadly, as you mentioned, the world will pay more heed only when more Westerners are affected and when there is an opportunity for $ profit...
