  • Recently we were sent on an assignment to travel to Tanzania and meet an inspiring woman called Ashley Washburn who is using Skype to improve the educational experience of young children. We had an amazing time in Tanzania and would like to extend a huge thanks to Ashley and her family for letting us stay with them. Here's the film we made!

      +CaseyNeistat Hi Casey! I know I'm just an ordinary human being and you won't reply but if you feel deeply for wildlife, please google Assam's one-horned rhinos. Assam (India) is the only state on the globe to house one-horned rhinos which are being poached in large numbers everyday. Please help us to create awareness about it... We're helpless

      +CaseyNeistat Interesting... Didn't you completely tear apart jacks work? You know, when you completely misused your power and tore apart someone who was inspired and idolised you? You disgust me sir. Its funny i use to admire your talent. But now, all i see is an arsehole who misused his power.

    "They are doing all the hard works, I'm just supporting them"
    the film is so inspiring and the woman is so humble.
    Being a teacher is really my dream, but my mom does not want it. She said that there is no money in teaching, so she told me to take a business course. And so I did. But, then I realise that, teaching is what makes me happy. So I told her that I will pursue my plan of being a teacher after I graduate college.

    Jack and Fin I genuinely doubt you guys will see this, but after 3 months without Jacksgap uploading a video you come back with a video that really touched me for 2 reasons: 1. The humanitarian work Ashley Washburn does is truly awe-inspiring. But more importantly those first 15 seconds in which Finn plays Ludovico Einaudi's Experience made me tear up. I connect so many emotions with that song. Those notes bring up so many memories, which is why I also used it in my video.
    Anyways, thank you guys for making videos that lighten up my day every time I watch them :)

    This series is great and it shows that humanity still exists, there're people with a huge heart.
    But sometimes not only people in Africa need help, people in developing countries also need help and we tend to overlook them.
    People on the verge of suicide, abusive families, no place to live, got out of prison and no one hires them, drugs, disrespect to basic human rights, but their voices aren't heard because no one listen to them.

    I've been doing research on Africa for quite a while and honestly the idea of white people coming in to try and help Africa is really disgusting. We believe that we have to help these poor unfortunate Africans but they really ask that we don't do anything. Many charities have offered to help different other schools and they say no because they don't need us to help them learn. Did no one else notice that throughout this entire video they didn't get the kids perspective the lady only talked about how lucky she is. It is important that everyone gets an education. But the simple fact is not everyone wants one or will get the chance to use it. I say to the people out there that want to help them please do more research before you start ducking with their society.

    • @allisonseifert6955
      @allisonseifert6955 9 лет назад

      MbuddyCHO I hear what your saying and I do agree. Im trying to refer to the rural regions of Africa that are dominated by tribes. If you watch a couple videos on the Tuareg people, it becomes visible right away that they are very happy and are successful as is. As i said I've been doing research for a while so many other groups out there agree. By the term "white people" I'm making "a before the dawn reference" which is very common in much African rural research. Its an educational speech by a man in guinea who talks about the triple heritage. He describes how the Westerners originally came in Africa seeking to "help the natives" in Africa. Not necessarily that they wanted to help, but it was forced on their throats per say. And in modern times many southern countries and northern countries are under a foreign role. Which leaves many tribal civilizations (lovers of land and lovers of animals) at a disadvantage. Please do your research.

    I really love this series in your channel. At first, I only thought u as a handsome RUclipsr like any other RUclips channel. However, when this series came out, I start realizing how talent you are and your inspiration to the world. Everything in your videos is just beautiful, even though there is a poor or dirty area, it still becomes amazing in your videos. This series bring me closer to the world, and make my desire to travel to those beautiful places someday.
    I really hope u would come to my country, Vietnam someday. It is a small and beautiful country in Asia. I am sure u would find out many amazing things in our country, where there are only few travelers come each year. Through your camera, I believe Vietnam would be so gorgeous and new.
    Good luck to u and your team. I hope to watch more videos in this series soon.
