I received my chair about 2 weeks ago. I took it out of the box and immediately got frustrated because there were no instructions but thank God for your video. I put my chair together with ease! Thanks again!❤️
This was unbelievably helpful. The video is about 6 1/2 mins, so I think you will have shaved off 2 hours of me struggling with installing the back, and hopefully my swear jar will be empty! Thanks again! Love the tip, on holding the chair with feet, couch, pulling back the metal on the arm to get the back installed! Also thank you for enabling the closed captioning!!!!
I’m about 95% sure it controls with how much ease the chair reclines back. If you twist it all the way (tightening in) it will prevent the chair from reclining back
I got this chair 3 days ago and start putting it together immediately. Never made it passed the base, the wheels will not go in. I been going through videos and they all say the same thing, Push the wheel in. and they fall out when I flip the base over. I'm really frustrated can you help?
I ordered this item yesterday but while assembling, I noticed that it did not come with the hooks that are attached to the back of the chair that connects the seat to the top of the chair. Is there a way for me to attach it otherwise? This is so frustrating
The back of the chair connects to the armrests with screws. Are you sure it’s the same model as in the video? I just put mine together in about 35 minutes with a few pauses to rest (and not counting removing all of the packaging).

Hey, if the wheels are falling off once you push them in (little force is needed) than the wheels / base must be defective
