I think a big misconception people have with this topic is that they think of masculinity an beauty being mutually exlcusive. Pretty boys that are popular with women all have masculine features. Sharp jawline, good frame, lean body etc.
My taste in men changed over the years and I've never been on birth control. When I was younger I preferred more feminine looking men, and the older I gotten the more I started preferring more masculine men.
Same. I had no interest for anyone's looks when I was a teen....then adulthood struck. The hormones in our bodies are a factor. I mean I would soon prefer very dimorphic/masculine/feminine looking bodies as my period comes close, and then picks up again after.
@@shinjite06 that depends...there are people who got older but did not have any strong masculine or feminine features, who remained androgynous or just average in features.

I'm a very feminine guy (both in looks and personality) and I've always been attracted to more masculine women (also both in looks and personality). So I wonder if there is some research suggesting that this whole dynamic is not bound to biological sex, but instead how masculine/feminine someone is.
Similarly, I would say I possess more feminine traits as a woman (smaller frame, face, etc) but have a more "masculine" personality, and my preference for men is a relatively masculine frame but a feminine personality/way of dressing.

I think the main point that this video is missing is that just because on AVERAGE men or women prefer a certain look doesn't mean it applies across the board. Effeminate depictions of masculine beauty have existed for at least thousands of years, dating back to Greek myths depicted feminine heroes/Gods like Narcissus or Apollo as the peak of beauty. You also see it in Christian murals of "beautiful" males who have long flowing hair, smooth faces, and narrow jawlines. This preference isn't just a new generation trend. There's a good chunk of women who genuinely prefer feminine-looking men, just as there are some men who are attracted to petite women and some who prefer voluptuous women. We all fill in different niches, and you'll see all across the board when it comes to human characteristics that there are always "groups" that are outliers from the norm, simply because evolution prefers diversity.
the word ''feminine' has become so meaningless when applied to guys, someone is here calling Greek nude sculptures of athletic youths with not a trace of fat on their bodies 'feminine' when. Apollo the god most associated with masculinity feminine..? Silly. (The feminine god is Dionysus..)
I've gotten more attention from women since I started working out but it doesn't change the fact that I'm introverted and shy, so I'm very scared of misinterpretation
Best thing to do is see if she shows any interest first. If a girl's interested, she'll usually give choosing signals although sometimes it's just because she wants attention. If you decide to make your move just go up and be direct, no pick-up lines or that corny stuff
As someone who is a very 50/50 bisexual, I noticed I leaned more towards androgyneous looking men when I was insecure and felt very plain, but after going through puberty and getting more self-confidence in looks department, I found that my preferences became very feminine women and very masculine men. So this is a real eye-opener
@@spaceisalie5451 a phrase “after going through puberty” sounds more like a male to me tbh UPD: what i mean is that women don’t use this phrase as much as men do. You don’t hear your girlfriend saying “You know, after going through puberty i became so confident”, lol. But boys do actually & we talking about puberty way more. Damn, even this video is about men, come on
I feel like my own preference evolves based on how much protection I feel I want from my man. By default I always preferred cute boys but when I felt more unsafe in the world/at risk I'd go for more masculine men (which is the type I'm with currently)
Idk but I’ve noticed that women who’s preference are non masculine men almost always happened to be bisexual women. Ofcourse there are bisexual women that are the complete opposite (as in they prefer masculine men/feminine women) but I noticed a BIG chunk of bi women tend to have a preference towards androgynous and feminine men. I wonder if for a lot of those bi women, does their sexuality influence certain preferences on the opposite sex.
That's a very interesting question and I'd also like so see a video about it. As a bi woman myself I tended to like more androgynous men in my teenage years but now I'd say I like masculine men and ''womanly'' women more (as opposed to ''girlish'' women) - taller and with stronger features, even though ''womanly'' women can be very feminine too, but I guess that could be because I'm tall and have stronger features myself and that maybe influencing my preferences as well.
Honestly I noticed that as well. All my girl friends whose type was a skinny, soft looking, pretty boy were bi or at least bi-curious. I somewhat like androgynous look in men but only to a small extent. I like some features like pretty hair or/and big lips but the rest (eyes, jaw) has to be masculine. So for me it's more of a mixture of some soft features with mostly masculine ones.
Noticed the exact opposite. Some of my bi girlfriends had attraction to the most masculine of men, and they weren’t intimidated by the female attention these masculine men gets
maybe its because im bi but i like masculinity and femininity on any person. although i don't really like ultra-masculine macho types. in my opinion, attraction varies greatly depending on many factors, and you can't always categorize things like this so easily
Take a moment to appreciate the significance of research. It tries to extract the relationship of one thing to another. The overall attraction is a sum of many factors, but women and men have tendencies when those are equalised or flattned out. That's also the reason they use the terms "preference" or "tend to prefer", which conveys uncertainty, instead of "will choose" Or chooses which are hard set criteria
@@arnavrawat9864 people are really using anecdotal evidence to try and say the research is wrong like they dont understand research is done to prevent anecdotal bias in the first place
When research is highly contentious like this, I think its safe to say it is not that important(at least in the context of women finding masculine faces attractive). The part about scaring other men is valid and useful though. Overall, it ranks a fair bit lower in importance versus other things like skin health, facial symmetry, and eyes.
I think the fact that attractive women tend to go for more masculine men can be a result of them being more prone to living by societal norms. As they are considered attractive by societal standarts, they do not develop strong rejections of the norms and find men who are stereotypically handsome attractive.
Yep. Korean male beauty standards influence women a lot. Plus we don't see men trying to look masculine nowadays(I'm talking about gen z specifically), so just the fact that they don't see them a lot make men scarier to them
Another aspect that is not mentioned is that when society becomes more organized and evolved, the preference for men that are more youthful and feminine increases, but when the country is torn apart by war, the preference is more for masculine men. Edited: my hypothesis, in short,is that you can judge how advanced a civilization is by how pretty, elegant, and intelligent the men are 😅
What if you have some feminine features look young but but act masculine and always have . See I think being masculine is a mentality cause I don't have a rugged appearance but I am stoic, calculated, determined
@@ThroughDarknessComesLight well then you would flourish in a more advanced and developed society, where to survive and navigate that type of society, one must employ political maneuvers rather than fists and war.
@@Blue_Azure101 lol I just have a baby face I look young. But my body is masculine I have broad shoulder bit of muscle and I know how to box and wrestle bjj a bit.
I think what matters most is not just looking masculine, but actually *being* masculine when selecting a long term mate. I know a lot of men who might have a pretty boy face, but they are very strong mentally and have masculine traits such as a dominance, discipline, being less emotional etc. yet I also know some men who have big muscles, square jawlines, who are very “feminine” such as being more submissive, being more emotional/ freely expressing their feelings etc. My husband doesn’t have a very masculine face, but he has a very masculine personality (protective, providing, tendency to be a leader, more dominant, deep voice etc.) which is why I found myself attracted to him, despite his more “feminine” features, like an obtuse jaw line etc. but don’t get me wrong, my husband is by no means a pretty boy either, so I guess that’s why the studies fail to find an absolute conclusion to this matter

A mistake many people make is that they think masculinity and physical attractiveness go hand in hand no matter what which is only true to an extent. A man who has a face that is generally masculine with a strong, square jawline but has slightly softer features like a slender, medium to small-sized nose, slightly bigger eyes and slightly fuller lips (with the emphasis on slightly) is seen as the most attractive to women and a good happy medium. Go too far with the androgynous look and he looks too feminine and weak à la Timothée Chalamet, Paul Mccartney, Michael Jackson. Go too far with the hyper-masculine look and he looks like a scary monster or gorilla and is too intimidating à la Arnold Schwarzenegger, Triple H, Mike Tyson. What women want is basically Michelangelo's David or any sort of ancient Greek/Roman sculpture (outside the impossibly tiny man-part, of course) à la Brad Pitt, Sean O'Pry, David Gandy. Women are biologically more attracted to these types of men because they look masculine enough to be fertile and protective of her but not too masculine so he still looks warm and inviting and would be a good partner and parent to her children that doesn't leave her right away for the next sexy lady.
@@stefan12215 Maybe boyish is a better word than feminine. I also want to quickly say that all the men i gave as examples are generally attractive, except for maybe the hyper-masculine guys i named and after so many surgeries, Michael Jackson did look kind of freakish at the end of his life. These men just don't belong to the balanced medium that the majority but not all women want most.
I have my type down to a science. Long hair, masculine forehead, masculine eyebrows, more feminine beautiful eyes, more feminine nose, masculine but soft lips, and a softer chin and jawline. Alain Delon, Jude law, Jared Leto, Johnny depp. Another thing is, I do always look forward to when a guy reaches late 20s/30s, because I do think they get better and better
Rating your own attractiveness totally depends on those around you. Just came back from LA and rating myself as a 3/10 while in Maryland I rate myself as a 6. LOL
Personal observations: From 14-20, girls seemed like they prefered tall, skinny(perhaps with abs), blond guys with cuter/a bit feminine faces. I also remember when I was like 15-16 the girls would see any guy over 20 and would be like "he looks old". From early 20s onwards, women switched to preferring tall, muscular men, with masculine faces, dark hair and beards. Sometimes with a tan and tattoos. Also, a lot of them started dating older guys, not 1-3 years older, but usually 5-10 years older. I guess it comes down to the fact that a lot of men can't grow a full beard till their late 20s, and getting a good physique takes ~4-5 years of consistent training and let's be honest here most teenagers don't start working out at 12. Money might also be a factor as well.
I'm a bisexual woman and I consider myself quite attractive. I have always found androgyny appealing in both men and women and my current boyfriend leans more toward the feminine side, with big almond eyes, plump lips and a softer jawline. He's also shorter than average (around my height) with a slight build. I wouldn't change anything about him.
Big replication issues recently with the dual mate / ovulatory shift hypothesis, good genes hypothesis, and the effects of birth control on mate preferences. Gangestad & Dinh (Gangestad is one of the original researchers who came up with the dual mate hypothesis of ovulatory shifts) published a big literature review in June of 2022 on this. Most of the more recent research hasn't been able to replicate the older effects.
As far as i remember the preference shift was never like it it is shown in the video. It was more the difference of a man with stubble and one without in the first place. Nevermind the replica issues of the studies.
Certainly true, this is why they’re still hypothesis. In the video there were also replication issues hence why the question cannot be reliably answered.
@@QOVESStudio then why dedicate an entire video to a hypothesis that has no evidence? especially when studies from multiple cultures have shown women prefer a more androgynous face to a masculine one? It really seems like you're trying to push a narrative here.
Aaron Taylor-Johnson in the movie Anna Karenina 2012 as Vronsky is one of the most handsome and attractive men I’ve ever seen, the mustache, the blond hair etc. that’s exactly the kind of men I would call attractive. Attraction stems from a variety of aspects to each individual coresponding with their self interests. It also goes along with their own identities and finding a match for that as well as getting their needs met. And to top it off PERSONALITY goes the furthest. It really boils down to our own self worth and what company we want with that.
Personality works in the long term, but looks often get your foot in the door. Ofc attraction is a holistic approach and shouldn't just be seen as getting an object that you want-- but this channel simply happens to focus on one aspect, other channels focus on others

But good looking men rarely have anything to offer besides their looks. So when their looks fade, they become insufferable. Average men are used to working for what they want and it makes them more interesting.
I love pretty men I always have. Much more than masculine looking men, they have both masculine and fem traits and it blends so well aaaaa (and I'm an attractive woman and never have been on BC)
I feel like culture also plays into part with this because as someone who's asian our standards are a bit different. This study feels like it just caters to western standard whereas femininity in men is seen as attractive in most asian countries, this is also seen throughout history. Maybe the reason why we see alot of western women find feminine men more attractive nowadays is because of asian influence?

Interesting. I would’ve expected the opposite. With the rise “e-boys” or “soft-boys” and just effeminate men in general, I would’ve suspected that more masculine looking men would be seen as less attractive (especially with the whole toxic masculinity thing being all the rage these days).
I think a lot of it may have to do with perceived personality and character traits with the whole ‘men written by women’ trend and an overall emphasis on the female gaze. Like these more ‘effeminate’ looking men may be associated with positive character traits from a woman’s pov like a Harry styles type so it’s possible that some see the opposite of that, traditionally masculine looking men, to be less attractive cos they may harbour views/ possess traits that women see as not aligning with the ‘written by a woman narrative’ not that it’s necessarily the case or that women believe the stereotype to be true all the time, I think that look just fits with the trend so it’s sometimes seen as appealing depending on the context but especially online

But despite all those years of blood, sweat and tears, I STILL get no interest from girls I approach. Life is f***ing ridiculous.
Can you do a video on facial harmony? I think its the reason many models are not conventionally attractive. They'll usually have prominent cheekbones, lean faces, etc but it will be out of harmony with the rest of their features

This could be a REALLY interesting video about how bi/gay people trend towards liking certain masculine vs. Feminine features.
I am a lesbian and when I find guys that are attractive, they’re usually softer and feminine looking so yes, I think it might have something to do with your sexuality, especially if you’re more into girls.
Bruh, it's very easy, you have your own type as a human being, you might be attracted to certain traits (usually people who look like you or who give you a sense of home, so if you had a bad childhood...well you know why they stay with bad boys now.) Anyway, usually loving somebody has nothing to do with their appearance, at least if you really do love them. Edit: also, don't change yourself for someone else, just focus on being a kinder, nicer person, and that's it.
Pretty boys/twinks have always been my absolute weakness 😩🤤 and this has nothing to do with age (some people in the comments are equating this type of look to younger males). For example I’m 28 and my partner is 38, but he still has that pretty boy/twink look even though he’s older!

I still would prefer to have a more masculine guy just because i always feel like a tomboy and i would want to feel more feminine around the one I am involved with. And also feel more protected lol.
I mean ya, even popular culture has a huge effect on women's preference. However, I do believe that after a age, it wears off and they start to realise what they truly want, you know, after working, seeing the world a bit and all. Girls always objected to me removing my beard but found it alright enough when I did go clean shave cuz I do a bit of mewing. It's pretty weird cuz people don't know what they want at younger age(am quite young)...so the best suggestion would be to be strong and stay healthy ig

I wondered for a while if your preference is based off what you have or what category you fit in. One thing I couldn’t wrap my head round is how the male leads and heartthrobs of the past like Clark gable or Humphrey bogart or Sean connery were considered really handsome. When I think of handsome I tend to think of sharp jaw, defined cheekbones and hollow cheeks. The features of those old hollywood actors lacked any of those
Rudolph Valentino, Ivor Novello etc. had the more model-type look you consider handsome. Young Gregory Peck too - something a tad feminine in his face imo, probably the lips. Though today most film stars of either sex don't look like models any more than then. A lot of those actors were gay and played slightly off-beat or sinister characters. Bogart wasn't really cast in roles for a handsome guy, he usually played characters that were a little bit sleazy or something and he had the face for that (no offence to the legend). But if you think Cary Grant was not handsome, entire opinion invalid

As gay masculine man( I kinda have feminine lips and eye structure, strong jaw and good cheekbones), I do have a preference for pretty boys over more masculine less feminine looking men. But this is probably from my experience, masculine attractive looking men r snobbish and hold themselves up high, while feminine looking pretty men r more nice .
I have reviewed some research on gay male preferences and gay men seem to have stronger preferences for highly dimorphic faces than women do. There is not a lot of research however.
@@alex.datepsych I had the same preference too till I kinda broadened my perception of beauty, I went from liking someone who looks like he'd dominate me, to liking someone who's pretty in any way and not be snobbish. Ig the way gay ppl were raised has a huge influence on their perception of what's attractive to them, back in my fake femmeboy era I really thought that I have to be as submissive as possible to get a man. Now I'm as dominant as possible and still get a man
Pretty masculine guy, I always liked either very feminine or tomboyish girls, it might be scientifically possible to assume who I will like, but it's kind of random.
Ngl I'm almost 30 and still prefer men with feminine/androgynous traits, though I don't mind a clean moustach/goatee combo with longer hair à la Ye Soft Poet Lad. You know, that type lol
None of this refers to attration though. Women are attracted to 1 group of men but they settle for another group. So what women prefer has nothing to do with who they actually are attracted to.
I'm still more inclined with the notion that testosterone is immunoregulatory rather than immunosuppressive (or having harmful effects) thus the current idea of T ornamentation may be incomplete or flawed. A 2016 study states the immune effects of T for a wide range of immune factors and that "most [older] studies either focus on a few indicators of immunity, are confounded by phenotypic correlation, or are observational." Medical professionals know that a stronger immune response is as bad as a weakened one. Other recent studies about severe covid infections state that men with low T are at very high risk 9f death while a study about stomach inflammation says that testosterone acts to regulate inflammatory response and may have a protective effect on stomach cancers. Inflammation is a risk factor for developing cancers and autoimmune diseases. This is the reason why women are more susceptible to autoimmune diseases and certain cancers. Also, men with lower T tend to have elevated estrogens which also coincide with aging and a slightly higher cancer prevalence in older men than both younger men and women in general. Fyi, estrogens are listed alongside asbestos and nuclear exposure for potent carcinogenicity.
Makes sense. Testosterone has been linked to a ratio dependant response with cortisol (stress). This means, the higher the testosterone, the lower the cortisol. Inflammation is usually associated with stress as well. I can't stand how modern society disregards this and even negatively characterizes testosterone.
I think, if it is true that more attractive women prefer more masculine men, that an obvious reason could be largely about ego/insecurity. Like you said, a beautiful woman may feel more confident that a masculine won’t leave her, or at least that she could find another one. I’ve heard many women say things like “I couldn’t be with a man prettier than me” or “I don’t think I would date someone who was significantly more attractive than me.” (I personally can’t relate.) But I think they know that even on a day to day basis, she may feel insecure next to him. But I think a POSSIBLE less obvious reason could be related to familiarity. I thought of this only when you mentioned that attractive women also preferred feminine traits in women. I remember you saying in one video something along the lines of ‘there are beautiful people in every race, and beautiful people are much like their own race.’ Because you were talking about the traits that tend to exist in beautiful people across the board. Could the slimness that exposes an attractive woman’s feminine traits and her good genetics be familiar to her? And could her male relatives also have attractive masculine traits that are familiar to her? And might the opposite be true for less attractive women?
I have my own Hypothesis. Being extremes on either end is good. Hyper neonatal (Boyband lead singer) are signs you will produce a good looking daughter. Hyper masculine(action movie lead actor) are signs you will produce a good looking son. Standing out from the crowds is good in either direction. You will always have your group of fans.
They convince themselves that they didn't really downgrade but eventually the relationship suffers because she was never truly attracted to that feminine man.
1 of the very few sensible comments ive seen, ive seen this happen in real life ALL the time. The men that lean more towards masculine women draw to them. Women are more comfortable and feel that the more feminine guy is more reliable but nothing triggers the same feelings like masculinity and high testosterone to females. I dont mean over top neanderthaler but masculine yet attractive, feminine women just respond to masculine man this is why i dont listen to their words but watch what they do because they say they like softer feminine men until a masculine attractive one is in their face and they forgot what their type is lol.
I’m a little masculine in features so I think I go for whatever I’m “missing” in looks in order to aim for better looking children, which is maybe a slighter build in men..I have pretty wide shoulders so I don’t go for super wide shouldered men etc. I’m not slim and frail so I don’t need a thick burly man..this would make more thick burly, hairy lol children..it’s a matter of balancing the ratio. My family runs short n stocky so I go for tall n slim..but that’s just baseline looks, and society, personality and experiences all affect it too..
That's an interesting hypothesis for explaining mate choice. Basically a desire to have kids closer to the society's median. It makes sense that some people unconsciously do this.
@hello33 attraction is instinctive. Instinct exists for biological functionality. I don't want more kids (I already have 3) but my preferences for women still reflect the biological function of sex. I am attracted to women of reproductive age. I can love a woman who has run out of eggs but I can't desire her.
Most girls like feminine men. Most women are gay. When i was 18 and weighed 125 pounds with long hair I got hit on by lesbians yet straight girls didn't like me. When i had short hair and a beard and weighed 200 i got a completely different type of girl. Now that im 160 i get average girls.
The feminine model has darker hair which is something often preferred by women (and it's paired with striking light eyes). A better comparison would be between him to someone like David Gandy who is masculine while possessing similar characteristics.
I think younger women do tend to go for men with feminine features however as they get older, their desire towards masculine looking men increases. Which is why women in their 20s adore boy pop groups like BTS while women in their 30s see them more as undeveloped teen boys.
Yeah, this is the general trend, but I feel like I have trouble finding men that I am attracted to, and unfortunately, yes I am straight. I'm 23, and personally I'm not attracted to the feminine look, but I'm also not attracted to the stereotypical masculine look either. I think I'm more for the sweet spot between the two, but to come across a man that I find genuinely attractive looks wise is very difficult.
@@frostbite2119 I think the way you perceive these men might be a factor too. For example, you might see feminine looking men as timid and weak while looking masculine looking men as dangerous and violent. But at the end of the day, these are just stereotypes and not every man will fit into a monolith. Of course, I don’t understand what you mean when you say you want a man with a perfect blend of masculine and feminine but that is probably because as a man, I can’t understand that much about the female gaze. How women perceive men can be different from how men perceive themselves and that rule applies vice versa.
@@ilikepancakes2368 You're right about the last part. Also, I don't see feminine men as weak or timid, and I don't see masculine-looking men as violent and dangerous. For example, my older brother would be considered as a hypermasculine man, and he might be perceived as scary and intimidating, but he's actually quite shy and awkward. I'm well aware that these are just stereotypes and looks can be very deceiving. What I said definitely has more to do with the female gaze because I feel like a good amount of women would understand what I mean when I say a nice blend of both.
The only "women" into BTS are ugly teens without social lives. Once a woman is freshman in college age she starts becoming more attracted to men. If a woman is in her 20s and still into that stuff, I would bet you money she is fat or some kind of outcast because of her autistic personality.
Well I consider myself attractive I am also a model and I will admit that ever since I hit puberty I found myself becoming more drawn to men with more masculine features. 😉😍😍
It's good to have both features , masculine and feminine. But I'd prefer if they're clean and neat. I don't like wild looking men , I'm scared of them. It's fine even if they're with big muscles or a little chubby, just the hair and style. It's just my personal preference. My ' wild looking ' means hairy body , face , weird styles and flashy shoes. I don't dislike that style, just afraid of it. It's fine when I got to know them later but as the first impression? I'm 💯 running away.
You won’t. An untrained man (i.e no gym or martial art training) has 156% higher upper body strenght than an average female. If you’re fighting a even vaugely athletic male you will get destroyed. And that’s not even factoring in the fact men overall are larger than females and thus can physically dominate them with greater ease. Also meme ”womens self defence classes” are 99% bullshido taught by creeps/people only out for money. Learn a real martial art like muay thai or brazilian jiu-jitsu (or even MMA) instead. Or better yet get a gun if you can.
I wonder to what degree birth control is behind the huge divorce rate. Meet man. Marry man. Come off birth control. Realize he’s too feminine for your new preferences. Divorce.
No. The main reason it that people can get a divorce nowadays. The only thing that kept people together in earlier times was social pressure and the law. The main reason why women are more likely to divorce is probably because they don’t profit from marriage the way men do. Statistically men who are married are healthier and happier than unmarried men but married women are less healthy and happy and die earlier than unmarried women. It’s because usually men create more work in the household, expect their wife’s to clean up after them, and tend to contribute less emotionally to the relationship. They also often don’t contribute enough to childcare.
@@katybee3891 no it's not because of that, marriage doesn't benefit women because today they have unlimited choice and they always feel like they can get a better deal. Men on the other hand have a huge stress over finding a partner (unless you are very handsome) so for us is better to be in a long term relationship where we don't have to stress over finding someone to procreate with. It has nothing to do with housework or stuff like that.
@@cyberpunkenjoyer3032 yes it does. why do you think men that are married live longer and are happier and women that are married live shorter and are less happier?

As a bi woman i think about it all the time
That's a very interesting question and I'd also like so see a video about it.
I agree. But when I thought I was straight my preferences for pretty boys was the same.
maybe its because im bi but i like masculinity and femininity on any person. although i don't really like ultra-masculine macho types. in my opinion, attraction varies greatly depending on many factors, and you can't always categorize things like this so easily

From 14-20, girls seemed like they prefered tall, skinny(perhaps with abs), blond guys with cuter/a bit feminine faces.

Interesting. I would’ve expected the opposite. With the rise “e-boys” or “soft-boys” and just effeminate men in general, I would’ve suspected that more masculine looking men would be seen as less attractive (especially with the whole toxic masculinity thing being all the rage these days).
Masculinity will never be unattractive to women... They need that energy, they don't like admitting it themselves but they need that masculine energy
It seems age related. Younger girls/women prefer "soft-boys" older women - go for more masculine types.

I agree.
Makes sense. Testosterone has been linked to a ratio dependant response with cortisol (stress). This means, the higher the testosterone, the lower the cortisol. Inflammation is usually associated with stress as well. I can't stand how modern society disregards this and even negatively characterizes testosterone.
And why women live for so long usually? I don't get it. Most of widows are female by far.

Standing out from the crowds is good in either direction. You will always have your group of fans.

@@frostbite2119 try me, that's me in dp
Well I consider myself attractive I am also a model and I will admit that ever since I hit puberty I found myself becoming more drawn to men with more masculine features. 😉😍😍
Sexy
Do attractive women like the same men that regular women like?
What do attractive women like ?
@@ThroughDarknessComesLight attractive men
Lots of attractive women get with unattractive men though...
Men who are a good mixture of both 🤝🏽
Disgusting
I prefer masculine men with shoulder length hair. If they have curly long hair, I fall in love lmao
I've always been into pretty boys
It's good to have both features , masculine and feminine. But I'd prefer if they're clean and neat. I don't like wild looking men , I'm scared of them. It's fine even if they're with big muscles or a little chubby, just the hair and style. It's just my personal preference. My ' wild looking ' means hairy body , face , weird styles and flashy shoes. I don't dislike that style, just afraid of it. It's fine when I got to know them later but as the first impression? I'm 💯 running away.
Dominace and Aggression aren't really associated as good in my mind. Even strength I worry if I'll be able to fight back.
Most of our ancestors were murderers and rapists, so these traits are successful in evolutionary adaptation which is all that matters
Or better yet get a gun if you can.
same, which is why I prefer prettier men. They just look less intimidating.
@@soo_uh_sidedish6225 but they couldn’t protect you
yes, this. i'm 5'2 and to be honest, tall men with masculine faces scare me a little. if they're muscular on top of that i will downright avoid them.
I wonder to what degree birth control is behind the huge divorce rate. Meet man. Marry man. Come off birth control. Realize he’s too feminine for your new preferences. Divorce.
They all will divorce either way, just sooner
@@katybee3891 Women don’t profit from marriage? LOL. I guess you’re right. But they certainly profit from divorce 👌
@@cyberpunkenjoyer3032 yes it does. why do you think men that are married live longer and are happier and women that are married live shorter and are less happier?
I feel like there’s more important things women are attracted to, most attractive masculine and feminine men have really similar features, Tall, nice jawline, sexy deepset upturn eyes, etc, those things make any guy hotter to any women statistically, him being more soft or sharp is like comparing a sexy women to a cute women they both will attract more men if they have basic attractive features
