በዚህ በክፍል 4 ፖድካስት ከአዲስ አበባ ዮኒቨርስቲ በስነ ልቦና ( psychology ) ትምህርት ክፍል ምሩቅ ከሆነችው የስነልቦና ባለሞያ ትእግስት ዋልተንጉስ ጋር ቆይታን አድርገዋል ።
በቆይታቸው ትእግስት ከልጅነቷ አንስቶ እስከአሁን ስላሳለፈችው እና ስለ መጣችበት የህይወት መንገድ ያላትን ልምድ አካፍላለች ።
በተለይም ዮኒቨርስቲ ውስጥ እያለች ከትምህርቱ በተጨማሪ ስለሞከረቻቸው የስራ እድሎች እና ጅማሮዎች በስፋት ገልፃለች።
የአእምሮ ጤና ጉዳይ ከምንም በላይ ትኩረት ሊሰጠው የሚገባ ጉዳይ እንደሆነ እና ማንኛውም ትንሽ የሚባሉ እድሎች አለማሳለፍ እንደሚገባ ከእራሷ የህይወት ልምድ ተነስታ ያስተላለችው መልክት ነው።
በቃለ መጠይቃቸው መሀል ትእግስትን እና ቤዛዊትን ስሜት የነካ ጉዳይም ነበር። ምን ይሆን ? የሚለውን ከቃለ መጠይቁ ያገኙታል ።
