  • Jared is our office’s heaviest smoker - he smokes a full pack of cigarettes every day, and can’t go a few hours without one. We’re concerned about his self-confessed addiction, and have challenged him to quit smoking in one month.
Special thanks to ‪@guardiansingapore6131‬ for appearing in this video. Speak to your pharmacist for quit smoking support. Read the product leaflet before use.

Currently on my 3rd week since my last stick. It gets harder to quit after every relapse but having supportive friends is helpful. I find that disassociating daily habits with smoking is the major key to quitting.
Congratulations Jared for the 30 day challenge!! Love that you were open about the stick on day 7! While quitting is the goal, sometimes we stumble and being kind to ourselves during the difficult journey of being better is important too.

Wow. This is what I've been waiting for.
The familiar video production, the funny podcast members and the ability to create content that isn't just restricted to PG13.
This, to me, is like TSL OG 2.0.
Jared did such a great job going through 30 days of proper challenge. I, personally, would much rather watch this over some 3-day "challenge" with ridiculous amount of product placement.
    Bravo 👏🏼 👏🏼

I used to smoke 1 pack a day too, then I reduced it to half a pack and then half of that, so on and so forth. I did it very gradually tho. To the point where I was only smoking 2 sticks a day after meals. Have not touched one in years xD

one pack a day is alot. From experience i would say its habit. As long as you break the habit you will be able to stop. But have to be honest sometimes when see friends smoke I also feel like having one.

Are you still spraying?? For me cold turkey works. Was on half pack a day. Decided to quit on a whim, sold my leftover carton of ciggs for half its market value and its been more than 6 months. To me it’s just a decision and sticking to it no matter how painful it feels.

30 days is nothing, make a video after you stop smoking for a year, that’s when you know you have quit for good
