On "assessment" through this video, he has quite the muscle atrophy to both his upper extremities which would indicate disuse (which is obviously due to his paralysis). Most notably, his right hand posture/contracture which is spot on for someone that has a spinal cord injury or stroke. Also notably, is his anterior trunk. His abdomen sticks out basically showing a slouched posture and because he has not control and likely significant atrophy to his abdomen and below, his core strength such as his abs and lower back muscle contribute to that slouched position which a "distended" abdomen (though it's not distended actually, it's just slouched due to no to poor muscle control).

I complain a lot about my stiff fingers, sometimes unbendable due to ageing, then make it a convenient excuse not to practice beyond my perceived notion of debility. But a quadriplegic like you amazingly could create , using your mouth! Felt ashamed of myself a bit feeble, but still able and complete! @lokale: your chitta( subconscious mind) is screwed up...
Our past life events, experiences and impressions are all the data recorded in our subconscious mind. They rise up all of a sudden and appear on the conscious mind. That is the reason why habits are so hard to break. They occupy dominant impressions in the subconscious mind, and hence acts of giving up bad habits become powerless. A robber who wants to Rob people and steal their stuff, thinks constantly about stealing, police, safe houses, tools to disguise etc. why can't he be a better person? He can, it's just that he has pursued his actions and thinking on negativities. The purification of the chitta ( subconscious mind) can only help you to see life with love, positivity and hope. What can you do, don't let your senses tune into negative stuff. That includes talking, listening, seeing.... After a year your dominant negative impressions gets overpowered by the +ve impressions and you have a better outlook and perspectives in life. You can do some selfless acts of service, do some meditation and start a habit to thank a higher divine power daily. After all, this life could be our final breath this very second. It's not guaranteed that you will get live till your 80s or 90s. Surrender, to higher divine power and expression of gratitude can bring immense joy, humility and compassion to you and the fellow people you meet everyday.

We are all given a deck of cards to play the game of life with. Every deck is different. And how you play your cards will differ from others. Some will cheat, others will always have an ace up their sleeve and for some, the queen of spades or hearts will always be at hand. Sometimes your high cards are taken out of circulation. A smart man like you recognized that some of your ‘so called’ lower cards when played together, had more value than an ace! Good for you! Your portraits are exquisite! The ones you do of animals capture their very essence. Many can paint them, but it takes a special ability to see their souls as you do. That is such a gift! To be honest with you, I don’t see you as disabled, but other-abled. In the future I can foresee A.I. being of great use to you. Are local universities working on any projects that might be of benefit to you and the community? I am certain you would make a worthy and inspiring contribution! Continue to live fearlessly and karma will smile upon you time and time again! 😊❤

2:17 the British billionaire, who just passed away in the sunken ship, spoke about the needlessness of typing when we could use our voices. And he spoke about this in a video clip almost 10 years ago when he was the CEO of a tech company. I agree with him and also with the guy in this video, which is why instead of typing this, I have used the voice control on my iPhone.

Hi Aaron I think you are a great person and especially talented. I was diagnosed with Neuromuscular Scoliosis in 2018. I have witnessed my grandmother who was basically in the fetal position. She did have advanced Alzheimer disease. I have witnessed 2 other people who have the same disease so I know it’s going to get worse and eventually I will be in a WC.
I turned 63 on 7/31 and I was an Automotive Executive;the “it” girl so it has been hard to face that I will never go back. I have been very depressed and so lonely. I have been on my own for so long dealing with issues. I had 5 surgeries last year. Ugh 😩 😂😂😂
I really admire your courage and dedication. Your work is fantastic I love it. I wish you well in all you do. 🤗

I was rear ended at a stop light 34 years ago. It was a beautiful, hot , sunny August day. My car was totaled and I also had a serious C 5 injury. I had a successful surgery, but the recovery was very challenging. A few years later, i needed yet another fusion below C5. It didnt work. So I ended up having to have a titanium plate in my neck I also need a multi level fusion in my lumbar spine, but still, by the grace of God, and alot of hard work, I didn't suffer paralysis.
I applaud your strength and courage, and I wish you love and peace on your journey. I am so impressed by your art.❤❤
The worst part of the accident for me eas was the fact that this person was an impaired physician. He was being monitored because of his opiate addiction. My father was a physician for many years, and didn't even drink.
At the deposition and trial, when he was questioned about the accident was "I don't recall".
I thought, maybe you don't recall, but I remember the day you changed my life forever.
