  • If you are looking to install or remove pesky leaf spring bushings, this is an easy way to do it with ready rod and an impact gun. This is for a 1992 Jeep Wrangler YJ project.

    You're a legend. I just went to Lowe's and got a 1 1/2 socket, all thread, nuts and washers and did this on my 2004 Chevy Silverado Z71. I fought with it for an hour and got nowhere. This got it on in less than 10 minutes..... most of which was spent on waiting on my little air compressor to recharge.

      Love to hear it! But no man should have to wait for a compressor. Time for an upgrade ;)

      @@johnniemo hey there great video. Does a leaf spring bad bushing affect the smooth ride of the vehicle?

    • @johnniemo
      @johnniemo  Год назад

      @@RWarrior777 if it's really bad it sure would. Particularly if it's on the front end. But those are rare. If you have a ride problem is look elsewhere first.

    Good old Saskatchewan ingenuity! Clever way of installing a bushing without the use of a press. I'm going to try your method to install new bushings on my F150. Thanks guys.
