You are completely correct, I don't know about the shuffle every hand, but online casinos are definitly better for not counters. Online casinos make card counting pretty much impossible, that's why I highly prefer to play in a real casino. Also, not all online casinos are bad, I sometimes play Live blackjack at Mr.Green online casino, and it's not too hard there to keep track of the count, if you're a rookie, then that's the best place to start!

Surveillance is one of the smallest departments in a casino if not the smallest, Black Jack is the game you should play and the secret is that Casino's prefer a table to be 4 handed because they get out the optimal hands per hour. I've even gone so far as to mail it home, but found out later that that's not necessary, as our local rip off joint will not cash a Money Order. (did I give something away there?, lol)

An average surveillance shift has 4-6 actively on screens. They can't watch everything and mostly focus on suspicions reported by floor employees.

If someone wins a lot of money, we want to keep them in the building longer. That way we can get them to play and return that money back. Once you win big, we're forced to get you a players card so we can keep track of your play and try comp you a hotel room, so you can give some of that money back.

While you do have some good points, about 4 out 15 of your statements are correct. Surveillance is one of the smallest departments in a casino if not the smallest, Black Jack is the game you should play and the secret is that Casino's prefer a table to be 4 handed because they get out the optimal hands per hour. Sitting six handed does slow down the game but that doesn't change the cards.

What do you do if you then lose your 100 in winnings? I know - you leave, right? Nobody EVER reached into their pocket to retrieve that 100 they stashed there when they were up, lol. NO!! The secret is: find a place where you can purchase a Money Order. It could be a nearby 7-11 or any convenience store worth it's salt. Then, when you are up, take a breather, cash in what you are up and go to the place where they sell Money Orders. Buy a Money Order and a Snickers ice cream bar and go and put the Money Order in your car. Then, return to the casino, confident in the knowledge that, no matter what happens, you have untouchable dollars for next time. I've even gone so far as to mail it home, but found out later that that's not necessary, as our local rip off joint will not cash a Money Order. (did I give something away there?, lol)

You're misinformed, not useful. The cards come in a box of 8 decks and go into a shuffle machine, then the player cuts the deck. Everything is on surveillance, no dealer could do that.

Nexus I would like your thoughts on betting on Blackjack. I think it's called Double Down. I bet 5 and win, I put 5 in my pocket and bet again. This hand I lose so I bet 10. I lose so I bet 20, 40, 80, 160, 320..... at some point I will win and when I do I break even from my planned 5 bet so now I'm even I continue with my 5 dollar hands till I lose and then keep doubling. I've played this on a, computer game and I was up $700 in an hour.
This is called the Martingale betting system. You will lose. Eventually you're gonna bump into the table maximum bet and lose again. Now you've suffered a catastrophic loss with little hope of recovery. Casinos know this and they welcome anyone to come in and try it.
Or just avoid going into the casinos in the first place.

I've often observed (with penny slots) the players who bet the highest or max bet win much more often than those betting 25c or 50c per spin. I've won more often & bigger pots betting $1 or $2 or more per spin. You need $100-200 to start & put it all in at the beginning. Agreed. Not even close to the largest staff. At a busy casino, there are more valet's on staff, more working front desk, and definitely more housekeepers. An average surveillance shift has 4-6 actively on screens. They can't watch everything and mostly focus on suspicions reported by floor employees.
