    I sold a sealed Frankenhooker VHS a few years ago around Christmas for $2400.
    Goodwill - $1.80 after tax.

    I have the trilogy unremastered and VHS a new Hope Empire strike back and return of the Jedi that I picked up in a Goodwill years ago. They are not sealed, but I wondering if I got some money here.

      There is one graded on eBay for $150, sealed ungraded they look like $15 to $20.

    Only fools pay for such ridiculous prices,,VHS was such a mediocre quality,,and rewinding on your machine messed up the heads

      Most of those are legit sales, and a sales history to back them up.
      Maybe you're thinking of the fake Disney "black diamond" hype. That's all fake. Some sealed, poofy clamshell, 1st print (original 1970s and 1980s) can get $1000s though.
