That is the coolest idea I have seen... I would love to make somthing like that but for a mobile Hunting Shack/Camper to be mounted on 6'6"x 10" trailer that could be pulled behind a smaller SUV.....

All you need is full sheets of plywood build the bottom solid 4×8 the upper split the 4×8 so it 2×8 and put hinges on them same as for the 4×8 for the roof the thickness vary on how heavy you want it ? I used 1" thick

Get a pencil and paper. 2 x 4s weigh about 12 pounds and 0.5" plywood weighs around 50 pounds per sheet.
