This video spoke to the deepest parts of my soul. It couldn't have come at a better time for me. I've unpacked into self destructive behaviors and depression. But tomorrow morning I am moving (literally back to my home state) so my healing can begin, and being a pour artist myself I'm excited to work my art and have my art work me. So thank you for sharing your story, it really spoke to me and gave me true inspiration. Much love

Artistic expression in any form can be so beneficial as a coping technique for life. I branded Poured Soul Art during a rough time in my life. You have such an amazing gift to help & inspire others! You're much appreciated 🙏 I may take you up on reaching out to you to ask for your feedback on my pieces I've created! That would be super awesome! Right now, I'm struggling with anticipating what I consider to be an acceptable outcome. I'm often frozen just trying to choose a color pallette. I've ordered a deck of cards from Gina Deluca to help me overcome that. Now, I just need to focus on enjoying the process & not expect a beautiful piece each time I pour.. (Being a perfectionist makes this challenging) I have gotten feedback from my friends/family and it's all so, so positive, but how do I know they're really being honest in fear of hurting my feelings? This is why I'd like feedback & constructive criticism from someone I don't have a relationship with and will be completely honest with me. And yeah, the world without art is not the world I want to live in! Nor is conventional....anything, really lol So glad you're enjoying your art journey and sharing it with us!
