@@AdventureLab I have metal rollup cover on my bed. It sits on top when it is rolled up and you need 13 inches of clearance over the top of the bed to roll it up. I use it to keep stuff secure and dry. I think that is a good place to start. That will keep a RTT below the cab by a few inches.
I'm torn between this and a smart cap mainly becuase of dust is there any kind of positive pressure system to prevent dust intrusion? My tonneau cover still allows a little dust in even with the tailgate sealed like crazy haha. This product looks amazing.
Hello love this! Not sure if this would be a good idea for my dog and his kennel during travel but I could leave the back door open. Also what is max load for this set up?
Thanks for the feedback! In terms of weight it would handle that and more like a rooftop tent no problem, just have to configure everything how you like! Do you mean on top kinda Baja style?
@@armondgilmore6589 You would need the bed rack as shown in this video to put anything on top. According to the directions I received, you can just have the LBE without the rack. I have mine installed with the rack because I am mounting a roof top tent on top of mine. Spare tire on top should be no problem with the bed rack.
On our 2021 Gladiator the 4 holes in the front wall did not line up with the threaded holes at the front of the bed. The two inner holes lined up. The two outer hole where a little to the center and they did not line up. Had to elongate the holes. Just a FYI.
Cheater, cheater, pumpkin eater………I see your molle panel end braces have nutserts/Rivnuts in them. Ours do not have those. I was wondering how you got those lower, bottom bolts in on the molle panels because you cannot reach up in there to put a nut on the end of the bolt.
I just went out and looked at a couple of them and can chat you through a work around if you want to call/message us. I also want to make sure I’m looking at the right thing.
@@AdventureLab I think I am good for now. I ended up only putting one bolt/nut in each end of the support bracket instead of the two you guys did because of the nutserts/Rivnuts. I figure if I run into issues, I will drill those braces and put nutserts/Rivnuts in them like you guys had in yours.
The attention to detail that you put into the engineering is incredible.
We appreciate that, that’s always our goal so that our products endure through whatever adventure gets thrown at them.
I love this thing! Unfortunately with my tent set up I need full height as my tent needs to overlap the top of the cab.
Oh man! Wonder if there’s some sort of work around? We designed it to be close to flush with top of cab with a rooftop tent mounted.
I have been looking for something like this for my Power Wagon.
That would be cool, not sure what the dimension difference would be from the JT.

We are in love with ours. This is our jeep featured in the video. We can’t say enough about this product and the people who work there!

Is the hardware available in black?
Hi Pat, love the product. Thank you for sharing!
Appreciate you!
Love this product! I will definitely have to look into getting one for my gladiator. Would it be possible to mount a spare on top of it?

@@AdventureLab Okay, that's good to know. Yes, I was thinking more like Baja style.

@@garretlewis4103 Awesome! Thanks for the info!!
We love ours. The product is awesome and the people who there are amazing. Can’t say enough good things about both.
