Coca-Cola chicken wings, sharing an Asian recipe, It's a treasure!

I discovered Coca-Cola chicken wings thanks to a young Chinese woman who was staying in my B&B. I used to exchange culinary ideas with my hosts. That day, I still remember, after preparing her a dish from Nice, I asked her to cook me a simple, typically Chinese dish that she often ate... It was "Coca-Cola chicken wings". I'd never heard of them, so it was intriguing. I accepted her suggestion and we had a wonderful time. Simple and effective, you just want to eat the bones...
ingredients
8 chicken wings (4 per person)
33 cl Coca-Cola ( 1 can)
3 garlic cloves (14g)
2 cm ginger, finely chopped (5g)
salt and pepper
4 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 teaspoon Nuoc-man sauce
Peanut oil for frying
