No villa in Kingston is worth the start of 800k u.s. especially when all you have to do is turn to see your neighbors.. Jamaica must think they are slick trying to hike them rates up to American prices haha.
Beautiful, just one thing is needed, the bathroom should have the commode inside its own space, its worth the money. The privacy, the capacity and style .You will not have a problem selling.
It looks lovely. However, when you want to replace the lightbulbs, its going to be difficult. In addition, there needs to be a private office along with the bedrooms as most people are doing Work from home esp. with lockdowns. Would like to know if the prop. has a tank/generator? If you are paying a lot of $$$$$$$$$$$$ for this, those should be included.
Lovely home I've seen it on another platform, but there is nowhere for children v, green garden area for them exspecially for that price. I would buy but no space outside for family with children. 👍💯🇬🇧🇯🇲🤗

Amazing how anyone would want to live in a house where you can reach out your window and shake your next door neighbors hand! That's not a pool, it's an aquarium for your poi fish. The kitchen is open to the all of the living spaces so your whole house will smell like the food you're cooking. Small windows because you have no view except a street and walls of the house next door. NO THANKS!!
